    Good Points: This service time has continued for one month now in May09.

    General comments: The WAIT time at the Burger King in Baumholder Germany is always so long. Today as an example I received my receipt after I paid for my food at 11:52AM,May 30,09. I did not receive #1 which is a wopper,fries,drink till 12:03.It took 11 minutes, I almost walked out because of the long wait. I would have left my food even through it was paid for. i've been in Baumholder for one month, and every single time the SERVICE TIME is always to long. I should wonder if anyone is looking at these type of customer reports. It's located on the ARMY Base in Baumholder.

    Burger King is as the name suggests 'King' of fast food burger places and easily trumps McDonalds on all accounts. If you're looking for snappy service and reasonably tasty burgers then you really can't got wrong with a whopper meal! The burgers are bigger and taste better at Burger King than at their main competitors and are of course very reasonably priced. If I had to choose between and fast food burger place then it would be Burger King every time.

    I think Burger King are awesome i've only been to the one at Manchester Airport and i think everything about it is excellent. I eat a lot of fast food and i think Burger King beat MC Donalds and KFC. Anyway once you have ben there you don't want to leave bcause the food is so nice. I had the chicken pops and they were perfect. They were so hot i had to leave them to cool down. The chicken had been cooked just right. There was a 10 minute wait and the staff were very apologetic about the delay. ...

    I've been to the BurgerKing in Parswood twice now. The first time i went i order one of those limited addition dark knight burgers. The beef was dry, the bread was hard and the rest of the filling seemed unedible. The only plus point being the onion rings. The second time i went there i ordered a XL Double Bacon Cheeseburger. After waiting 10 mins for it!!!...It finally arrived - Sloppy, falling apart, oily and all in all pretty disghusting. I didn't finish it and as my film was about to start ...

    Burger King is better than McDonald's by a large margin, the meat tastes better, and the overall customer service, I eat there once a week! Great deals too, like the whopper on wednesdays... I've tried McDonald's can't finish their fries and burgers, just doesn't live up to BK, however, Harvey's tops them all with fresher and juicier burgers!

    My husband took my daughter to Burger King in KG Retail Park. He had asked for Onion Rings, Meat feast burger & children's meal with chicken nuggets. Couldn't believe when the girl told him they had no onion rings, no chicken at all (they advertise 3 types for kids) & no pepperoni for his burger. Which the girl was not very apologetic about. An other time before he had got the wrong order. I must say that although the burgers might taste slightly better, BK's biggest rivals never seem to ru ...

    They had a really good range of menu and were kind and polite to all the family. It is great for parties.The food is very tasty!

    I would never eat at this store again, floors are dirty, dead flies on the window sills, rude employees and managers and i had to wait hail and hour just to get a cold burger and cold soggy fries.

    When you cook food on a flame I would imagine that the food would be quite hot. Why does Burger King only sell just warm food? Their only saving act is that their food is better than McDonalds.

    They serve fast food at its most basic. I have to say that as far as quality of food goes, Burger King is better than McDonald's by a small margin. Since I found out what they put in their burgers, I've almost completely stopped eating at Burger King. As for customer service - when everyone working at these places is an immigrant working for minimum wage, what do you expect?

    McDonalds and Burger king are much alike in the "over priced junk food served by low paid youngsters" kind of way. However, the basic fact is, I prefer Burger King burgers than their main rival's burgers. A local independent fast food establishment outclasses BK and McDonalds by giving bigger, better quality burgers with all the salad you could want for a lower price too.     I feel sorry for the staff in these places. This is worse than Macdonalds, though the queues are not quite so bad... obvious why! Even their ice cream is horrible! I visit on the very rare occasion, not to eat or drink myself at all, but only if Macdonalds queues are out the door when my son wants a kids meal. Perhaps twice in five years. Twice too much for me!

    I hate Burger King, the only burger worth ordering is the rodeo with BBQ sauce and onion rings. I even prefer McDonalds to them, which is saying something.

    I visited the Burger King on Brownswitch Rd. in Slidell, La 8/20/05 @ 7:35pm. I received my food extremely fast (there was no other customers)however, the four sandwiches I ordered were prepared wrong & I was not given a receipt. Needless to say, I was furious when I arrived home 25 minutes later. Did the manager really think I wanted to travel another 25 minutes to have the sandwiches remade?

    Hi I've all ways enjoyed Burger King ahead of other outlets. But last Friday I went to the Kettering branch at 8.30 they had run out of whopper burgers and a chicken meal I'm in catering myself and can't understand why they didn't order for the weekend rush. The attitude was not good giving the "so what" mood. They are lucky I still eat there, hopefully the service will improve. Angela.

    I have always preferred Burger King to all the other fast food resturants. The meals may be 60 or 70p more expensive but are worth it as they fill you up and you feel like you are eating a proper meal. There are different sizes to choose from: Normal, Large and Supersize.
