The layout of this store manages to be both fussy and bland. With its perpetual, wilting 70% sales posters, it is more reminiscent of a 1990's B-Wise or Bon Marche store than a contemporary ladies fashion outlet and could learn much from its Solihull and Bullring counterparts. Recently I accompanied my daughter when she returned some evening leggings she had bought from Oasis. They cost £40. They are not the sort of leggings you wear everyday as they are very sparkly so she hadn't worn them a lot. They went into holes. Yesterday evening I contacted the Oasis help line number, requested to speak to a manger due to them breaching the data protection act, I was advised that no one was available and that I would get a call back within 48 hours, without prompting the operator I was then advised that you were aware that there had been an error in issuing statements, revealing other customers personal information. I had a horrible online shopping experience with this company. If you're thinking about purchasing clothes online, think twice! I had ordered a small coat for $150 us dollars. Oasis are just shocking. Not only did the store I go in to (Trafford Centre) give me the worst customer service I've ever received in my life- but in the last two months I've bought a skirt, belt and a dress. The skirt and the dress have huge holes in them, and i'd say a good 90% of the beads on the belt have dropped off. I BARELY wear these items and for them to fall apart is preposterous. I ordered a few things from them online & was not only sent the wrong item they also delayed charging my credit card by 1 month which has happened twice recently. I bought a dress from the website last month and had a good experience. There was lots of choice, the sizing was spot on and the prices were reasonable for the quality. The delivery was really quick, and I also got free shipping, but not just that the delivery options were good and you could have a 90 minute delivery! I have used Oasis for the first time and never again. I returned a pair of trousers as they did not fit. I used the Collect+ service so I knew I could track the item back to the store for my refund and it would not be lost. But no Collect+ have lost it. I am having the exact same problem - they dont reply to emails, no phone number, nothing.... yet they bill your credit card quick enough.
A complete and utter bloody nightmare - DO NOT USE this company they are beyond a joke!

This has happened to me twice already. On ordering an item, I later found out that oasis could not fulfil my order because they had no more stock!!! If there are no more items in stock then why falsely advertise this on the website and raise customers' hopes up?? After two nightmare experiences using Oasis' 90 minute delivery service and next day option I decided to take my chances ordering a jacket I really wanted instore for a holiday. update - since post, i finally recieved a response to indicate items have been lost in transit and a refund will be made in 5 - 7 working days....
The least i would have expexted was for the order to be immediatly dispatched. However after requesting this I was advsed it was not possible via email. To which i pointed out i was not trying to oder via email but requesting my initial order to be fulfilled to place an order via email. After painful emails i finally had to accetpt that Osais customer services are absoulty useless and to accept i will never be using their services - or lack off again.

Nice stuff, but way too pricey for what's on offer. I'd compare Oasis to shops like Topshop, Miss Selfridge or NEXT, that is fashionable and good quality, but Oasis is about twice the price. Whenever I see a nice item in Oasis, I gasp at the price, walk round to Topshop or H&M and get exactly the same thing for half the price! And you don't "get what you pay for", all their stuff's still made of cheap fabrics like polyester and I have tops from Oasis that go bobbly or fall apart!

I usually go there to have a look, but I can't remember when I bought something there (if ever!). It's too expensive for the quality offered, quality which you can easily find at a sensible price in many other shops. Oasis is my favourite ladies clothing store. Every time I go in the shop they always have new items to keep up with the latest fashion trends. I am currently having the same problem with Oasis!! I returned 2 dresses at the same time in the same packaging but they are claiming they only received one of the dresses. I emailed a copy of my proof of purchase and it clearly shows the weight of the package I sent so they could tell there was 2 dresses in there. They are now ignoring my emails. My credit card bill is now due and im gonna have to pay it! I just want my refund....
