    I bought a dress for my holiday and when i went to wear it i saw that the lining was ripped, so i took it straight off and took it back when i got home. Oasis refused to change it as they said the damage was not a manufactures fault and basically thought that i had done it myself which i hadn't. I had the receipt but had taken the label off the dress and i took it back ten days after i had brought it. I ended up writing to them and was told to send the dress away to be examine to which they responded with 'it's accidental damage so therefore we wont refund or exchange the dress' so i have ended up with a dress that cost £90 that i can't wear because it is damaged and Oasis are saying i damaged the dress which i didn't this was how i brought it. So i strongly suggest to everyone that you check all items brought from Oasis as they were not willing to take responsibilty for faulty goods that they sold me, or just don't buy from Oasis at all as the way i got treated was disgraceful.

    I usually go there to have a look, but I can't remember when I bought something there (if ever!). It's too expensive for the quality offered, quality which you can easily find at a sensible price in many other shops. I saw a pullover today - expensive, of course - but the quality... sorry...I wouldn't wear it even if it was free. As for the fashion, yes, they are fashionable, but that doesn't mean they look good!

    Oasis is a fantastic store, always have lots of choice and different styles. The clothes are fashionable yet wearable, and very well fitting. They have a brilliant choice of accessories too. Staff are helpful and friendly, and will order items especially. Prices are a little expensive but you pay for what you get- the quality of items is very good.

    Although I like Oasis, has anyone else noticed how it has got very expensive in comparison to what it used to be? I often see similar styles to what Oasis have in other shops, but Oasis always seem to be that little bit more expensive. I do still like the shop though.

    Oasis has very similar clothes to those in Wallis! I love it! Dressing rooms are fab and the staff are lovely! Really enjoyed shopping there.

    Oasis is my favourite ladies clothing store. Every time I go in the shop they always have new items to keep up with the latest fashion trends. As I am only small and have a very small frame and a small waste I find it hard to find clothes that are fitted, but Oasis has never failed me. Not only do they sell clothes, but also jewellery, watches, shoes and underwear.
