    You can't get better than Netto. A fantastic store. Every branch is laid out perfectly and goods are always easy to find. You know, they sell absolutely everything. If you go to the back of the store and ask for something random, they will always have it. As for the bags, what a fashion accessory. I carry mine everywhere. It can hold all weights form feathers to stones. The staff are wonderful and helpful. The prices and as cheap as can be. People enter the stores with smiles on their faces and leave with trolleys piled high.

    I was in my local Netto the other day, but i wont be going there much longer, fruit and veg is all bruised because the staff dont care and just launch it around, i was in the queue and a womans nan bread was full of mould!! The layout of the store is terrible, i can never get to the freezers as theres always boxes in the way and you read the leaflet and see something you like and when you get there, its all gone because they say "we only ordered so much. Everytime i go in its always the same old ...

    I went into Netto hoping to buy a hose pipe that had been advertised in their leaflet, I couldn`t find any, so i asked an assistant,where they were? none left she replied, we only had 3 delivered. ok! so what about the pressure washer that was in the week after, don`t bother , they probably won`t even make it to the shop floor , we`re only getting 3 of them also!!surely, this is not right, when really customers don`t have a cat in hells chance of getting there hands on them.

    Netto is great! I've been to quite a few stores in Yorkshire and always found the staff very friendly and my shopping bill much lower than any other supermarket. The fresh produce is very good too, really like the new Simply Irresistible Cherry Tomatoes and the offers on things like new potatoes, wine and washing powder. There's always a surprise in store too with all the weekly offers and the shoppings bags are cool!

    I love netto me! best shop ever i go there everyday and buy loads of stuff for the netto bags!! the bags are fashionable i carry one everday the one with the "i love paying less for me 5 a day," everyone knows i shop there cause it's a great shop with class deals like a tin of beans for 1p i l-o-v-e netto, they even have the new revise wise range for my kids!!!!!!

    I shop at my local Netto store in Hoddesdon its become more expensive, but their range is so much better and the staff are always really helpful. Its a nice clean store could do with some music though.

    We have been shopping at Netto for a few years now, but I don't think we shall be going much longer as it is not as good as it used to be. There's so much stuff in the aisles, I would be concerned if we ever had to get out of the store in a hurry.

    I love Netto! I don't see it as a poor person's store, and they do really good branded stuff very cheap.

    I think you people should visit the Beverley Netto store. I use this one and the one in Market Weighton, and they are always clean and really tidy. I have never seen anything out of date. The staff are helpful and friendly. I find Netto a good place to shop, and I get lots for my money.

    Where does Netto rate in the supermarket stakes? When I've been to Netto there hasn't been a lot of customers and I wonder why. Maybe it could be to do with what I said in the bad points, asking an assistant where my favourite biscuits were and getting a look of disdain and a feeling of intruding. I eventually got to the checkout to be hurried along and as I was filling my bags I was asked for payment, I didn't respond because I was busy, I was asked again with a staring look.     Just popped in the once in a rush.
    Have never seen fruit and veg go off so quickly. Absolutely terrible quality produce. Most of it is in the bin. So its not that cheap if you throw most of it away. Go to Morrison's, not really much more expensive and it is not as awful.

    It is cheap but Netto is awful. I once bought my daughter a can of Coke only to find that it was a year out of date! This is unacceptable and should not be allowed! I would not recommend it to a friend! Well, overall I think Netto is a terrible place. I can't even send my daughter there in case she gets attacked if she is seen carrying one of the Netto bags.

    Cheerful, helpful staff at Netto (Beverley branch). Layout stays the same so things are easy to find. Quality for most things is good. Charging for bags is a very sensible idea. Wine is excellent value.

    Some food, eg Salmon, is of dubious origin. Cheap sausages, well you get what you pay for! Long queues at times. Would like to see more own brand and additive free products.

    Overall, I can park. Make ends meet more easily and buy a few extras. Considering that you can't have a large staff ...

    I've had some great items from the Netto store, and people think it's for tramps! Great service to you with a smile, and plenty of choice, with new things every week with so many people after items. Always clean at my local store. Actually, things are not out of date; that is a rumour. I had some great dumbbells from there, and they were really good ones at low prices.

    There is nothing wrong with Netto! I don't know why you are all complaining, and it can't be that bad if you all shop there! Just stop complaining! You must have nothing better to do. It is a great supermarket!

    Netto offers a very poor service. The layout of the shop is terrible, and you can never find anything you want in there. The value for money is bad as well. Well, it is cheap.

    I would not recommend Netto to a friend because there are better places to shop.

    Our local Netto is great, good quality fruit and veg. The fresh meat is second to none for value especially the chicken fillet, you have a good choice and the staff in our branch are very helpful. For instance: we wanted the 24 Charmin toilet roll pack offer at £4-99, unfortunately sold-out,but one of the assistants let us have hers. By the way,12 Charmin rolls are £4-95 at Sainsburys!. . . but there you are paying for the hype and Jamie Oliver's house!

    I/we always shop at Netto, as were are living on income support and disability benefits. We can do an average weeks shopping for about £50. If it were not for such cheap prices, we could not survive. Whats more the products are the same as you would get, in any other major supermarket like Sainsbury, Tesco, Asda etc...

    I always shop at Netto because I am a pensioner and cannot afford the prices charged in the other supermarkets. Contrary to other reports I have read, my Netto store (Pontefract) is clean and well kept, with up to date goods and the staff are always cheerful and helpful.
