I ordered a XboxOne controller accessory for my son as a gift. The package arrived today, my son was excited as it was addressed to him. On opening the package the item inside was for the wrong platform (ps4), plus the package looked as if it had been trodden on as the pack was damaged too. I contacted customer services (foolishly) thinking they would rectify this error quickly and efficiently and with some understanding of the mistake THEY had made. “Poor incompetent service”

Ordered games for xmas presents on 1st december, by 20th nothing delivered. After spending hours on phone finally traced order it was still pending their end. They said they would cancel original order and refund then reprocess order stating that they would get it sent 24hour delivery. No delivery so contacted again to find they had cancelled the new order and they could no longer guarantee delivery for xmas but if we placed order they would give us ten pound on game card. I ordered a game and the PlayStation steel book case, they were both damaged badly, I used one of the codes in the steel book so they refused to replace the case, and they wanted the game case along with the game, even though the game was fine. “Appalling customer service”

Phone lines don't get answered (waited 55mins). Webchat again a waste of one's time. Email answered several days later where all they do is evade, avoid, deflect. Making up excuses based on assumptions not actually detailed in any communication to customers. Take the money & hide is their motto. Think twice before handing over your hard earned money to GAME. “I got tricked by GAME”

I ordered a steam controller on the 14th of November 2015. I never received it so I asked for a refund. I still haven't received the refund, and probably never will, despite over two dozen e-mails and correspondence over the period of a month. The customer service I have received is a joke; everyone tells you a different story to try to keep you from getting your refund. Placed my order online and decided to have it delivered to my local shop using Click and Collect. The money was taken from my credit card within minutes of the order being placed. The following day I received an email telling me that my order had been shipped. 8 days later and I am still waiting for confirmation that it's at the shop for me to collect. “Goods not received after 5 weeks”

On 29th October I ordered a Xbox one console package worth £319. This package went missing, it did not arrive at the pick up shop. After an investigation it was found. Game then sent me a second package this has also gone missing. After many many phone calls of which you have to hold on about an hour to even get through I am getting nowhere. “Just excuses!”

I was excited to see Yoshi's Wooly World released in the UK 90 days before the USA so I ordered from GAME only to NEVER RECEIVE package, I have communicated with customer service over 17 times since June 30th. “Orders are never delivered on time”

So GAME can never seem to keep up with an order anymore. They use third parties to supply a lot of things meaning the times given are purely estimates and you will likely have to wait double that time. I also recently preordered a game from them and it was only dispatched on the afternoon of the release day. “Complete & Utter Shambles”

Console not delivered when due (after rearranging plans so I could be in to sign for the parcel), took over 1hour 20 mins to get hold of customer services to be told conflicting information. “A miserable, offensive company”

I bought an XBOX ONE for my son. When I got it home I noticed that it had been previously opened & resealed. I returned it to the shop but they could not give me a replacement as all their stock had been opened & resealed. Game customer services said we have no idea what has happened but we will treat it as new even though it has been opened... big of them as they opened it in the first place! I pre ordered from GAME.co.uk a number of amiibos two months before release. I got a email saying 6 out of 11 of the items were cancelled a day before release. Charges for three of them came out of my bank account. I contacted GAME.co.uk via their webchat service to find out what was going on. Apparently my card was declined. “DON'T ORDER ANYTHING ”

I have bought AC Unity from these liars over a month and a half ago and it's still not here ! They give you NO TRACKING INFORMATION AT ALL !I'm just supposed to believe they shipped it ! Royal Mail always provides a tracking number so cut the malarkey and give me my number ! “Bad customer service”

I ordered a gift card, on line, as a Christmas gift. When the person tried to redeem the card they were told that there was no credit on it - this was embarrassing for them and for me. I tried to contact Game by phone with no success so used the web chat. Eventually I was told that they had made an error and failed to load the card before dispatch.
