Very unhelpfull and stole my money in the end. Support didn't respond and I got answer via chat that they don't guarantee codes to work outside UK. Which is pretty dump considering I'm within EU with them. Refused to return money and were blindly referring to their terms and conditions that they deal only with UK sellers. I buy from game shop a console preowned ps3 ,320g,when i went home and i plug in was only 120g.next day i was back to the shop with the console try to change on 320g.surprise.....is not was the console wich they give me.on receipt was another serial number.i told them this is the vonsole. “Avoid - terrible company.”

If you want to be treated like a valued customer, DON'T for god's sake shop at Game. I had a pre-order cancelled by them today (I placed it last November) and was told it's sold out now so too bad. I asked why my place in the "pre-order queue" hadn't been kept so I could re-submit payment. I was told that it doesn't work like that. If it's cancelled by them it stays that way whether you wait a day or 3 months. Bye-bye pre-order. Absolute joke of a company, I will never use them for anything… Read Full Review

usually the shop is great but not when i ask the person for general knowledge on a game and i specifically asked if there is an online pass needed for tekken tag tournament and he said no there isn't i wouldn't have a problem if i had the money to buy an online pass but i don't. i wouldn't of wasted the money on a game that i need to pay extra on for an online pass. “Pre orders”

Ordered a game the day before release- which according to game should be fine to be sent out ready for the release date. However after a phone call with a admittedly nice lady at customer services, they said that if you dont pre order at least 3 days before you get the game, the next one they out is after the release! “Beware Fake Controllers”

I ordered a pre-owned PS3 console online from Game. When it arrived, I discovered the controller was a 'fake' 3rd party controller, rather than an official Sony controller. I contacted Customer Services and was told that they are entittled to do this due to 'Stock Levels' despite the fact there was no mention of this in the product description or on their website. Just to follow up on this. I took the PS3 to the Game store in Camden to return it, and instead they swapped the controller for a genuine with no fuss

I totally agree with other annoyed customers.....their customer service isn't customer based or a service! I ordered call of duty Ghost game and headphones on 2 dec which were in stock. Stupidly thought would get them within a week as usually do, as in stock....I was very wrong. Different staff give different information. Sometimes they don't reply to emails. When they do reply it is very late and do not give the correct information or do not answer what you asked.
