I was looking to purchase a set of Calloway irons via online but I sent an email to confirm that the iron set was what they were advertising. I got a reply saying YES and that they were GREAT irons. I then made and paid for the irons online and waited, and waited, and waited. I bought my husband three items of clothing online, I called their help desk and asked about their returns policy, I was told no problem if I returned the items to my local American Golf shop they would call the help team and a credit to my account would be made. My husband didn't like the goods so I returned as advised (this is clearly explainled on the website) only to be told the items have to be returned to the head office and could take 7-10 days. American Golf Discount - I have used AGD for years, mainly at Temple Fortune, Kingston and Purley and the difference between them and Nevada Bob's is astonishing. I have never had cause to complain about any aspect of their approach and God knows there are enough chancers trying to flog you golf kit in the world.
