Good Points: good picture and sound
Bad Points:
General comments: I have a Panasonic tv model TH-42PA20 I wish I never had got it. I have had it for 2years but just start to use it as I work away every 15 min it will turn off so I went onto the internet to find out the problem it turned out that model had a default on it when it was made do you think Panasonic should fix it or at least give me a new part so i can get it fixed, will not get another Panasonic!

Have had good service and hope for many more years, my last TV was a Bang & Olufsen and that is still going 35 years on.

Panasonic TH-42PA20 - Ok maybe the sound isn't the greatest coming from a tv, but let's face it, the people at Panasonic have put their resources at picture quality with this model and suceeded. Also I don't know of anyone who purchases a plasma without having it hooked up to their entertainment system.

The Panasonic TH-42PA20 Television is sleek and expansive but considering I have had it mounted on my living room wall for the past year I can't understand how the SC Board & its associated computer chip became defective. I enjoyed the TV briefly but should have got the extended warranty since the 1-year factory warranty will not cover the costs of resolving this TV.

I have had my Panasonic TH42PA20 Plasma Television for almost a year now, as already commented I was wary on spending such a large amount given that screens burn etc. but it has been fabulous. The fact that the t.v tuner is built in is great too, I also have the stand that is an extra. I also run DVD's through the composite connection and the picture quality is nothing short of amazing. Every time I watch this screen I am very happy I decided to buy it.

I have had my Panasonic TH-42PA20 Plasma Television now for over a month and it is certainly the best purchase I have ever made.
When I first started looking at buying a Plasma TV I like most was nervous about spending a large amount of money, weary of the 'Screen burn' factors of a plasma, and also not sure which plasma I should get.
The Panasonic TH-42PA20 is definately one of the best value for money mid-range plasmas on the market.
The picture quality is excellent (TV and DVD) and it ...
