Good Points: I purchased a computer for my son from Armada computers, and one of factors that made me choose Armada was the three year warranty. Since purchasing the computer my son had a problem with his wireless keyboard. Armada were extremely helpful, and when the fault could not be fixed, they replaced the keyboard. There was also a technical problem with downloading iTunes, and when my son rang Armada they were extremely helpful, and resolved the problem over the phone.
I am really happy that I chose to buy from Armada, because I really am quite a novice when it comes to computers, and it's great to know that for three years I have the help and support of Armada.
Also, I must say Armada are still small enough to make you feel you are receiving individual attention, and they seem to know each individual computer.
Bad Points: Thank God there are no bad points.
General comments: I strongly recommend Armada computers. I am thrilled with my sons PC, and The three year warranty is just the best for mums who have not got the time or the expertise to sort out computer problems. My son experienced some problems with his wireless mouse and keyboard, and Armada replaced both without any fuss.
There was also a problem downloading iTunes, so we rang Armada to see if they could help. Within a few minutes they advised my son what to do, and it was all up and running perfectly.
Armada ia still small enough to make the customer feel individual and special. Before I bought my computer, I rang Armada about eight times with endless lists of questions, which they answered patiently. I am very happy and confident that all my research paid off, and I definitely chose the right company to purchase my computer from.

I purchased what I thought was going to be a standard PC from Armada Computers earlier this month as I did not think I could afford much, it was a cheap price so did not mind to much as long as it was relatively powerful enough to play some games and play my everincreasing music collection.
I did have a slight problem with payment due to only accepting credit cards through paypal and in the end had to send a credit card cheque. But I have been amazed with the PC I have just recieved.
