The Honeywell HS-400E is more than enough to keep your bedroom cool in the summer, bought one of these last year for the old farm yard but realised that it would work better indoors. Once in the bedroom I realised that this was much better and does the job, 10/10 (read more)

We purchased a Honeywell HS-400E fan unit for keeping our office cool during a spell of hot weather. The fan has 3 speed settings as well as the usual reciprocating action.

The HS-400E is a floor standing model (as opposed to a desk/table top version). As such, it is quite large but seems relatively stable. it has a quite stylish design with a plastic moulded base.

The fan is approx 16" diameter and seems to provide enough of a breeze to keep 6 of us relatively cool in a 3m radius.
