    I have owned a Barracuda Showdown for over 10 years...its wicked...never let me down save for the pedal crank snapping after about 5 years...this is a problem with this bike. Does what it says on the tin...cool bike would reccomend.

    I owned a Barracuda Showdown for a fair few years, got it as a young teen and im now 21. Before it unfortunatly got stolen a few months back :( I loved it. It was easy to ride on road and still soaked up the cross country trails. It was light and fast but strong enough to really chuck it about when you hit the trails. Was so easy to fix and the only things that I ever had any real problems with were the crank which was always locking up and breaking, easy to fix just a little custamising! Apart ...

    I have owned a Barracuda Showdown now for 2 years i brought it second hand the only real problem is the original crank beside brake pads and cables. Over all it is a good strong and light bike with suspension arms

    The Barracuda Showdown has to be the best bike ever, it's reliable, easy to fix, and easy to get parts to fix. I buckled wheel when I took it off a jump, but that was due to my landing. It's great on roads and serves it's purpose, great on off road and downhill tracks, a bike I would recommend to anyone.

    I've owned the Barracuda Showdown for 5 years and it has served me well when the bike was 1 year old the chain snaped off then when the bike was 4 years old the crank arms snaped off and the gears went I've been told this problem is common on this bike. I got better gears, new crank and it's never let me down since. If you buy one of this bikes make sure you buy a new crank and gears straight away with them it's a better ride and more faster.

    I have had this Barracuda Showdown bike for five years now, I bought it when it was brand new to the market and it has held up reasonably well apart from a few components breaking (crank arms) it is still in top condition. I would advise that if you buy the bike upgrade it like I have it rides a lot better and lasts longer. It also looks amazing with top quality components on the strong frame.

    I have a Barracuda Showdown for about three years, I have found it to be very reliable. I have only ever had one thing wrong with it and that is the crank arm connecting the pedals to the front cog sheared off but that was mainly through landed hard down on the pedals after going over jumps. If you buy this bike you must first take off the front mud gaurd because otherwise it will scrape if too much wieght or pressure is exerted on to the front forks and also make sure you spend the extra money ...
