I am not a techno person so I will spare you the stats and features. Nuff said that I actually pay for this because it works and makes my life easier. It does what it says and it does a lot… Read Full Review

Runbox offers an excellent paid email service. Based in Norway and operating under strict privacy protection laws, Runbox offers a plan for everyone, from the small scale user to someone who wants an enormous 15 GB of storage. Their reliability has been excellent over the years I have been a subscriber… Read Full Review

I shouldn't actually give stars as I didn't use the service, but due to my failure to read the service offering clearly, I signed up and found it wouldn't suit my needs. The refund request was handled very quickly and with no problems… Read Full Review

I've been using Runbox for five years, but am switching to another service now. The spam has gone out of control, several hundred slip through the filters daily. The site has become sluggish and very time consuming to use, and the price is quite high compared to other services offering more storage, better spam protection and a faster and more efficient interface… Read Full Review

Maintenance was scheduled for 4th of December 2008. It is now 1.5 hours after it should have been completed - but the service has not been restored. The service has been down for 5 hours or more. This is totally unacceptable in the year 2008 I feel.
The service is generally slow to respond for me.
Spam - Even with the spam filter the level is ever increasing I find.
Technical support can take a day to respond as well in my experience therefore I do not recommend runbox.com… Read Full Review

Originally runbox was a good service with a large amount of storage for the price.
Times have changed however, and it has become more expensive than several other services offering similar or better options, customer service and storage.
I've been a runbox.com customer for several years and have reluctantly decided that the inconvenience of switching mail services will be necessary in the very near future… Read Full Review

I was a Run box client for years and I really really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but my business just couldn't take it any longer. So, I switched over to Fast mail.FM and it is like night and day. I am now a die hard fast mail fan. You can't even compare the two programs because fast mail is so much faster and more dependable.I just hope that some day Run box comes around and fixes their different issues… Read Full Review

Initially impresed by the large storage and email attachments (4 years ago) I now move away from Runbox.
Most utmost reasons for;
1-Their poor approach for addressing client issues, if addressed at all.
2-My runbox account gets swamped by spam (200 daily is normal).
My suggestion: close down and try again… Read Full Review

I like what Runbox offers, and wish that there were more competition offering the same thing. I'm not happy with their current levels of support and performance, so would move elsewhere if I could find the same offering elsewhere.
I think Runbox should invest in some snappier servers and more efficient support, then they would be offering a great service… Read Full Review

I have been with Runbox for 4 years now and although they have the odd patch of downtime and there was a period of about 3 months when things were a bit slow, they are still top of the fee based email providers for me. The additional features are useful and quite the deal breaker. The main reason I am still with them is that for the few minor problems they seem to be on par with the other providers (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo) but with many extra useful features. The best being domain hosting… Read Full Review

I subscribed to Runbox because I needed a reliable email service to run my business. Initially Runbox's performance was fine, but over the last two months it has deteriorated to the extent that it is almost unusable. I am now having to spend hours every day working around its failings, never quite knowing whether sent messages have actually gone or whether I have received messages that the system won't let me see.
Customer support at Runbox is non-existent - I have not once received a response… Read Full Review

Runbox Mail Manager - It was a little over three years ago that I decided I needed to search for a new email service. I was sick of such a small Inbox because I like to access my email from wherever I happen to be.
I was initially attracted to the Runbox email service, then, by the large storage quota (100MB). Upon signing up, I was immediately impressed by the sleek web-based interface and the powerful features offered. I have watched Runbox develop and mature over the past three years; it… Read Full Review
