Serious Warning..This Hotel is dangerous to your health. Air con probs!!

The hotel itself is rather dated, the rooms could do with a revamp but the service from the staff was excellent. The animation team work very hard!!

The food was very poor and tasteless. I love exotic food and i'm not a "British" sausage and chips person but this really has to be the worst food i've ever had abroad. Having said all this it would still be value for money BUT 3 out of 4 of us were ill, one very!!

I am not somebody who ever posts a review but thought i should warn you all about the air con!! It is a MAJOR Health issue.

3 out of 4 of our party were ill with permanent headaches and one was hospitalized within hours of arriving back in Britain. They required IV antibiotics, steroids, nebulizers and 100% Oxygen for a respiratory infection that was almost certainly caused by faulty air con.She is being checked for legionnaires. The air con stunk of petrol and the docs said this was a sign that it wasn't working properly. 70% of people were coughing.
Unless they sort out the aircon i would recommend anybody who is booked into this hotel change ASAP it's not worth being ill.

just returned from riadh palms hotel in sousse, some what dissapointed with the hotel! the hotel itself was really nice and the staff were really friendly but a lot needed to be desired!!!

The food was nice but the same every day!
the pools looked nice and inviting but were too cold to go in unless u like being hypothermic!even the indoor pool was as bad.
We mainly chose this hotel because of the entertainment at night but we was stuck in a small overcrowded room with no air con and no drinks ...

Just returned from an all-inclusive week from Riadh Palms. Opposed to the negative reviews, my experience was very positive (maybe I was lucky or others were unlucky).
HOTEL: indeed not a recent construction, but still very well looked after. Got a sea-view room, very large with four beds, very clean with a nice bathroom and all equipment in good working order.
FOOD: exceeded expectations. Delicious, various, well-prepared and definitely enough for all guests. Also served in a nice manner.
    STAF ...

The pool at Sousse Riadh Palms looks great, and all rooms have a pool and sea view. Bedrooms were very basic, but overall this hotel is nowhere near a 4 star, and it should be rated as a 3.

I felt disappointed and let down when I got to this hotel. I don't normally leave feedback, but I would like others to know before they stay, as I wish someone had told me!

P.S. In the past (4 times in total) I stayed at the Sahara Beach Hotel in Monastir. It is all inclusive, and this is a 3 star hote ...

Entertainment shows are held every evening by the friendly and humourous Animation Team. Riadh Palms has plenty of coffee shops available on the ground and basement floors. Watch out for the Neptune Restaurant by the pool though, prices are extortionate..! If you're ordering tea be sure to pronounce "milk" as "mil-lak" or else you won't get any..!
