Good Points: I loved the staff and how well and pleasant they were, it was my best holiday I have been on and I have been on a few!!!

Bad Points: Not amazing food for someone that is fussy like me but it wasn't to bad!

General comments: I really enjoyed my holiday at the Les Orangers Beach Resort and I would put it forward to anyone! Me and my mates are hopefully going back in April time as it wasn't extremely hot as we went in there winter but thumbs up for it!!!

Having enjoyed our two week adult family holiday, I arrived home and immediately booked to return for a week on the 27th August 08 with my two children (18 & 22). Staff were very friendly. Gardens were beautiful throughout the hotel grounds. The hotel was of a high standard and well kempt. A wide selection of foods were available throughout the day/evening. The beach area was clean and staff were available to help with sunbeds.

There were hotel based activities available for all ages and the ...

The whole holiday was amazing, from arriving at Les Orangers in Hammamet to leaving, we were met with the most fantastic service, kindest people and best entertainment.

The food changed every evening and lunch time, and there were paninis and pizzas around the clock for our son, who has a bottomless pit of a stomach.

The animation was unbelievable, and the team were relentless in their efforts to entertain. Every evening the shows were exciting and different, and in two weeks we never saw ...

Everything was so well organised at Les Orangers Beach Resort and if I decide to return to Tunisia I would stay there again. I would also have absolutely no hesitation in recommending it to anyone - couples or families.

We had a fantastic week at Hammamet, Les Orangers Beach Resort. We were so relaxed, we only left the hotel once! The facilities were fantastic, the staff friendly and our 6 year old daughter was in her element. The choice of food was amazing - you needn't have the same meal twice - there was so much choice. Being all-inclusive, there was always food around - if you wanted to eat at mid-night, you could. We have no negative comments about this wonderful place.

I travelled with my parents, partner and two boys, one under ten, and one a grumpy teenager to Les Orangers Beach resort in Hammamet, Tunisia. I had also read some bad reports, worryingly on the night before I travelled. On arrival and throughout the entire week my fears were laid to rest.
The decor in our room was maybe a little tired, but after the first day of sun it really didn't matter. The food was plentiful and varied, making my boys try alternatives to the usual muck they demand at hom ...

We had a good holiday at the Les Orangers Beach Resort in Hammamet, and we met some great people, but we wouldn't go back to that hotel again.

Myself and my family have just come back from Les Orangers, Tunisia. We enjoyed ourselves so much we are going back again next year, twice. The entertainers were fantastic, really friendly and so were the rest of the staff. Excellent family holiday.

When we first arrived at Les Orangers Beach Resort we were nothing short of horrified. Everything was wrong, bedroom had only 3 beds and we were 4, we were asked to share. Light fittings hanging out of the ceiling, broken sink, bidet, rusty bath. Restaurant hectic, gym equipment unusable, poolside and beach toilets unusable and foul. Queues for food and drinks, both pools dirty missing tiles etc. However, the staff were helpful and friendly and rectified our problems as best as they could. Enter ...

The Les Orangers Beach Resort Hotel, in Hammamet, Tunisia, was not all it was advertised to be in several holiday company brochures. On arrival at 03:30, there were no refreshments, I didn't expect alcohol just a refreshing drink after a 2 hour journey from the airport on a hot humid bus, even water would have been nice.
On eventual allocation to our room, we were shocked to find it was far short of the 3 star accommodation we were told of (the reception told us it was 4 star!). The first room ...

On arriving at the Les Orangers Beach Resort, Hammamet, Tunisia, at 04:30, no drinks were offered, not even water. The rooms are sub-standard and run down. The cold water often goes off, burning you if you are showering. On complaining about this, the reception staff laugh and say it happens to all of the hotel, and that nothing can be done!

The real estate and fittings are crumbling and rotten. The outdoor pool had a light fitting hanging out on a wire for 3 days. The hotel ran out of toi ...

We have just returned from Les Orangers Beach resort in Hammamet, Tunisia.

There was myself, my partner and our two children aged 6 and 1.

Having read some negative reviews regarding this hotel, I had some reservations, but tried to keep an open mind. I am really pleased I did keep an open mind, as those negative reviews were not in my opinion warranted.

The hotel rooms could do with some upgrading. Having said that they were clean and suitable, for the amount of time you stay in the ...

We were welcomed warmly by English speaking staff at Les Orangers Beach Resort. Our room was not huge but had a great balcony with lovely sea view. Our 5 year old had a fantastic time at the kids club and disco. The evening entertainment was good fun and the beer and wine flowed freely. The food was varied with a mix of Tunisian, international and English dishes, although we saw a lot of people who seemed to only eat chips! Great beach, clean indoor and outdoor pools. What more could you want?

We have just returned from Les Orangers Beach Resort, having taken our two 11 year-olds. We all agree that it is probably the best family holiday we have ever had. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was excellent - even finicky daughter had no problems!! If you are looking for a full English every morning, and lots of fast food - forget it. The beautiful gardens lead straight down to the gorgeous beach. Shame there were only deckchairs and no beds - but hey! At the end of the day ...

It soon became apparent that the star rating is generous and 'relative'. Les Orangers Beach Resort was possibly once a great hotel, but feels run down and in need of urgent investment. The rooms were showing signs of wear and many of the resorts facilities seemed unkempt. Hygiene standards generally were very poor - the mattresses were filthy and the bathroom lacked disinfectant! The food was generous and there were attempts to cater for all tastes, but most of the guests we spoke to suffered fr ...

After reading articles about Les Orangers Beach Resort, I was a little disturbed when we were allocated it on arrival. How wrong could I be!! The staff were kind, courteous and helpful-nothing was too much trouble. Tipping was discretionary and never sought. I tipped furiously all week and still only managed to get through £45-50. It was worth it just for the EXCELLENT wine that came free and by the bottle. We are going again in September.

Hammamet Les Orangers Beach Resort - Everything about this hotel is terrific. The gardens stretch straight down to the beach which is beautiful.

The indoor pool has a sun-deck at the back which looks right out across the sea.
