Good Points: This hotel is a member of the Leading Hotels of the World Group, deservedly so. On just about every scale it scores maximum points.
Bad Points: My only criticism is that the buffet restaurant is too small to accommodate the number of guests at breakfast. The overflow is offered breakfast in the atrium area. This is unsatisfactory as the chairs and tables are neither comfortable nor appropriate for eating.
General comments: This is a superb hotel. Everything about it is attractive. Rooms are perfect and magnificently serviced. The iron and ironing board are always a winner. Additional to the tea/coffee facilities, I love the touch of the daily replenishment of complimentary water, Coca Cola, Green Tea, confectionaries and fruit.
There are several restaurants in the hotel all providing a very high standard of cuisine. Staff are charming and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble, and despite the large number of guests one feels personally looked after.I travel quite a bit and would have to say that this is among the finest hotels I have stayed in.
