    Good Points: Hard to say anything good.


    Bad Points: Easy to say lots of bad things: the location is in what appears to be a bad part of town - I was very uncomfortable. The staff was very stiff and difficult to work with. Granted it was Feb 1 and just before the Chinese New Year, but their customer service was very poor. My room had no air conditioning and, after letting them know, they did nothing to help me out. The final comment is that my room was on the top floor (8th) and their was a constant roar from some type of roof equipment. Lucky for me, I only stayed in the room overnight for six hours and left early to catch my flight.


    General comments: I would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff was extremely discourteous and didn't appear to understand customer service and want to help me out. They appeared to be bothered by me and just wanted to have me pay the bill. Our company will not use this place again.

    The price for staying in the Hotel Grand Central Ltd in Singapore was very expensive - $245 per night - for a very crummy room with poor service.
