    Good Points: The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. Breakfast had a variety of things to choose from.


    Bad Points: Although clean the rooms are very tired looking. Bathrooms really need doing something with. Very basic room service menu. Walking along the 5th floor to the swimming pool you needed an oxygen cylinder as the smell of cigarette smoke was very bad.


    General comments: I enjoyed my stay at the Allson Hotel, it is very central to everything. Would I stay there again? I would have to say no.
