“Found Proper Hosting At Last”

I opted for an unmanaged VPS and although we have had a few problems, they have been sorted out in a timely manner. I came to Dataflame from an ISP who's customer service had fallen off the radar and it was such a relief to find a company who actually cared. When I purchased my 10Gb VPS, I wish I had been told that useable space is nowhere near that figure. When I total up the space I have used it comes to 1.3Gb but my 9.9Gb server is over 85% full. I have been with Dataflame since 2005 and I have since tried other web hosts, but always end up transferring back to Dataflame. They are reliable and trustworthy and with 24 hour fast help service. If there are any problems, they always sort them right away. Excellent company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and other businesses. “Rubbish hosting company”

Extremely disappointed with the hosting service, site has been up and down like a yo-yo. Unable to login to the plesk control panel on several occasions. Asked for complaint departments contact details and was fobbed off with having to email the same support team I wanted to complain about. Service poor, support poor.
