had a bit of a problem with billing where this time didn't receive renewal notices for some reason and the site gets taken offline very quickly - last time it was a problem with them taking monthly payment from my debit card - didn't get enough notice and they took the site down. As with this time when it goes up again the server firewall blocks it and although it was ok at first when I check shortly afterwards the site was unavailable again. I came to Dataflame after my previous ISP had messed me about, big style. I have had a few issues with my websites but as a developer, this is to be expected. The tech team have always sorted out any problems, installed Perl modules and rescued my entire server space when a log file got far too big for it's own safety.
