We moved to dataflame after being with another major host. We run a web and IT business and have a number of dedicated servers that are paramount to the service we provide our clients. The major difference in our previous host is the support. I have had a few dealings with data flame over the past couple of months and trying to get a straight answer out of the support team is like pulling teeth. You sit on hold with a support rep on chat and then it goes silent for about 5 mins you wait they say they are still there and then you wait another 5 mins this keep going on until you give up and leave the chat.
