Ordered the grass seed. Sowed it in Late April/Early May. Was great at first.....then, at end of May had 3 days of 85 degrees & it turned brown & died. Company said 30 day guarantee only. I should have known, if a company can't stand behind a product any better than that--I just should have known. I purchased several royal paulownia trees from Rush Industries and was sorely disappointed. The trees are puny even after constant care and nourishment. What a waste of money. Will never use again and would like money refunded, but no reply from them… Read Full Review

I was supposed to get a rush order and it never came. I asked for a refund, Rush Industries said that it would be processed in 24 hours. 2 weeks later I still dont have a refund and everytime I call them they just get me off the phone or pretend like its still stuck somewhere in the mail and "it will come" Its been months...I don't want it! I am so thankful I read the reviews. I certainly will not order anything from Rush Industries. They advertise that they are a member of the Better Business Bureau. I guess that doesn't say much about that organization. I thought they stood behind a business!

I have been trying to e-mail, track my order and call Rush Industries, and I get the run around!!! The tracking site they gave me doesn't work.! I emailed, and all I got was these dumb ticket things that say an operator or someone will get a hold of you shortly - sure!! I hadn't got any replies?? I have been waiting since May 15th 2007 for my order of Jasmine plants, and I haven't seen them yet!! Items were supposed to be shipped within 7 - 10 business days with express delivery. Ordered items from Rush Industries on March 29th of 2007. As of today, May 27th of 2007, I still have not received the product. I ordered a 60 day supply of the Long 'N' Strong shampoo and conditioner over a month ago from Rush Industries. I paid for Rush delivery, and 40 days later I'm still waiting. I've sent customer service a letter five separate times already, and I still have not received any word about what is going on. My order was small, but it's the principal. Isn't it amazing that Rush Industries doesn't have a record of my order or me, but they had enough of a record to charge my credit card. Rush Industries comment is that they can't help me because they have no record. Let them explain that to my credit card company. I am just wondering if anyone had purchased any item such as Hair Plus from Rush Industries??
I purchased it online 6 months ago, and till now I have not received the item. I've been writing to customer service and every time they replied "please provide your details"...though I've been giving them uptenth times!
