Ordered the grass seed. Sowed it in Late April/Early May. Was great at first.....then, at end of May had 3 days of 85 degrees & it turned brown & died. Company said 30 day guarantee only. I should have known, if a company can't stand behind a product any better than that--I just should have known. I was supposed to get a rush order and it never came. I asked for a refund, Rush Industries said that it would be processed in 24 hours. 2 weeks later I still dont have a refund and everytime I call them they just get me off the phone or pretend like its still stuck somewhere in the mail and "it will come" Its been months...I don't want it! I am so thankful I read the reviews. I certainly will not order anything from Rush Industries. They advertise that they are a member of the Better Business Bureau. I guess that doesn't say much about that organization. I thought they stood behind a business!

I have been trying to e-mail, track my order and call Rush Industries, and I get the run around!!! The tracking site they gave me doesn't work.! I emailed, and all I got was these dumb ticket things that say an operator or someone will get a hold of you shortly - sure!! I hadn't got any replies?? I have been waiting since May 15th 2007 for my order of Jasmine plants, and I haven't seen them yet!! Items were supposed to be shipped within 7 - 10 business days with express delivery. Ordered items from Rush Industries on March 29th of 2007. As of today, May 27th of 2007, I still have not received the product. Isn't it amazing that Rush Industries doesn't have a record of my order or me, but they had enough of a record to charge my credit card. Rush Industries comment is that they can't help me because they have no record. Let them explain that to my credit card company. I can't believe Rush Industries has been in business this long with such poor service. Customer Service really stinks too. No record, they don't want to talk with you. I am just wondering if anyone had purchased any item such as Hair Plus from Rush Industries??
I purchased it online 6 months ago, and till now I have not received the item. I've been writing to customer service and every time they replied "please provide your details"...though I've been giving them uptenth times!

I also bought a product for hair and its been more than 3 weeks and I still haven't got anything and I payed extra for deliverey. I want my money back or else I going to mmmmm............ Nothing else to say they better refund my money back.

I found this review very helpful because I was fixing to order some trees from these guys. They have a great price advertised but guess that's how they suck people in and then don't deliver. What's that saying? - If it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't......

I am also a dissatisfied customer. We paid top dollar for plants that were described differently on line. When we received them, of course 4 weeks late they were sprouts of trees and lavender and seeds for the tomato plants (which cost 9.95, I could of bought anywere for .89. They never delivered our hide-away screen doors and swear they were shipped and stolen off of our front porch. Our house sits 1 acre off the road and we are usually home and we live in a town that has hardly any crime. When asked to research why we have not received our items, again we got the run around. Other plants we ordered still have not shown up 6 weeks later and when asked to cancel the order I was told fine that our credit card would be reimbursed, however, when I called again to question what was going on with our screen door, nobody knew what I was talking about, again. ANd then I was told that no one ever cancelled the order and it was to late that the items were already shipped and I wasn't able to cancel my order. I cannot believe the customer service, my blood pressure is through the roof because the person I spoke with did nothing but lie to me. I would never recommend this company to anyone and am so sorry for anyone who has dealt with them. What a scam, this company needs to be shut down.
