Good Points: Cheap (now), very high quality DAC
Bad Points: doesn't have optical in (although the earlier 203 does)
General comments: I thought that MP3/flacs sounded rubbish until I put the computer's SPDIF output into one of these Meridian 263 I bought through Ebay for $150.
The great thing about DACs is they don't wear out, and a top quality one from 10 years ago is still pretty damn good now. A computer full of good music and one of these connected to a decent amp and speakers will keep you happy for a long time.
