Good Points: Some good deals Some friendly helpful staff
Bad Points: Not very helpful when there are problems after the sale (This may just be particular to certain individuals in the shop)
General comments: T-Mobile had a good phone deal compared to other shops and therefore I went for it. Within a couple of days, the phone gave some problems and I took it back to exchange it for a new phone of the same type. The manager brought another phone but the seal was broken and I was not sure whether or not this was a used phone. When I requested a sealed package, they told me that they have changed their policy and were giving out charged phones (There was nothing published and this was just word by mouth). So, I said, fair enough I will cancel the contract, and then they brought me a sealed package.
Other points to note are:
I was also told when I had a warranty problem with my chargers they don't deal with them (Excluding phone) whereas some shops were bridging the gap between the customer and the manufacturer on such issues.
My direct debit was not set up when my bills came through the first month, but T-Mobile refunded the surcharge when I wrote to them I had set up a direct debit when I purchased the phone.
With T-Mobile Network/their customer service I am quite happy.
