Great gun. A great value for the money. Very accurate. The accuracy makes it well worth it.
Only gets about 40 full power shots per CO2 cartridge. Tried all make of CO2 cartridge, with the same results. Doesn't always load a bb when you cock it. Hind to find in brand new condition.

I like the pistol, still fun to use, and have a crud load of cans to shoot and co2 cartridges to use. Not to mention i have like 6000 bbs. so i think ill be good for a while. Though i dont appreciate the plastic grip, i wish it was either rubber of metal. but, what can you do. still a good gun, id let my children use it.

My research shows the Daisy Powerline 1200, a .177 caliber smooth bore BB Pistol, was made by Daisy from 1977 to 1995 and probably sold new for $25 to $35. It weighs 1.9 pounds, is a gravity feed and holds 60 BB's, about a 5" steel barrel, overall length is 11", cross-bolt trigger block safety, blade and ramp front sight, open adjustable rear sight, supplied with plastic molded checkered grips and for-end, has a claimed maximum velocity of 420 fps, powered by 12 gm CO2 Cylinders, will shoot a m ...

My dad gave me this Daisy Powerline 1200 when I was really young, I played with it and it was an awesome gun but I wanted an upgrade so I got a Crossman 1008 repeater, bad decision. I hated filling up those rings and the fact that you couldn't see where your shots went. For a while the Powerline was my secondary gun, until I noticed how easy it was to adjust the trigger pull. When you snap off the side of the handle to change the c02, there are 2 big springs, RIGHT THERE. One connected to the p ...

I hate to be harsh, but the Daisy Powerline 1200 is really the worst pistol I've ever had. It isn't made well at all, and when I pull the grip forewards it creeks because it doesn't fit on the gun nicely. The bb's rattle around, and they hardly ever get cocked in the gun. Trust me, I know a good gun when I see one, and I suppose for a real beginners gun it might be alright, but I have only used it once because it annoyed me. There are better pistols for this kind of money.

Like the other two reviewers, I have had my Daisy Powerline 1200 Air Rifle a long time. It has always worked satisfactorily, is a good performer, and very accurate. But, also like the other two reviewers, mine also loses propellant very quickly from a bad top seal, and it is unreliable on loading the BB's. You never know if it is going to shoot one or not. Best chance for success is to hold the barrel down at a 45 degree angle and "snap" the mechanism to chamber a BB. I guess after all thes ...

I have had my Daisy Powerline 1200 Air Pistol for over 20 years and a gun of this quality would cost well over a hundred dollars at today's prices. I love the accuracy as I live in an area of Rattle snakes and I have never had one get away yet when I'm carrying this Daisy. My only problem at the moment is the seal where the Co2 inserts into the chamber. I can not install the Co2 cartridge as it will not completely seal and I loose all the propellant. Is this an easy fix or do you have to send th ...

I've had my Powerline 1200 for over 25 years now and it still works fine. It has enough power to shoot at cans etc at 50-60 feet and I've shot a couple of gophers with it. I supposed it would do considerable damage to a rattlesnake. As with most CO2 guns it looses power the more you shoot. The sights are OK. The only tricky part is that you need to hold the gun pointed down about 45 degrees and shake it while you push the cocking lever forward or it might not load the B-B. All-in-all it's ...
