Good Points: Very cheap, and is very advanced Supports pixel shading
Bad Points: A little slow
General comments: I use the ATI Radeon 9200 128MB Pro (VIVO) video graphics card and have been very pleased with it. I bought it to play Black and White 2, and never really thought about it. I have since looked at other cards but have not found a card that is this advanced for only £40-45. OK, it is a bit slow compared to some Nvidia cards, but it really does the job for those without a huge bank account!

The ATI Radeon 9200 128Mb (VIVO) Video Graphics Card supports GL drivers nicely, and played Quake3 like a charm, i know its a little out dated, but still a favorite (90fps). Got a Intell Celeron@ 1.7Ghz, 256Mb RAM 266mhz, 40Gig Maxtor, Asus P4-533VM Mobo, pretty Radeon 9200 128MB pro. Will be upgrading to a P4 2.8Ghz soon, as soon as i get some cash, student life is a killer!
