    Good Points: Rooms, lobby, customer service, booking assistance, breakfast.


    Bad Points: Hotel entrance.


    General comments: The Hotel Lungarno in Florence is a perfect hotel. 3 stars near to the main train station of Santa Maria Novella. Very nice ambiance, and superb customer care. I like the feeling of this small hotel very much.
    It has everything you may need, and the staff will help you, and if you need reservations they would make it for you. I would say a 5 star service.
    They even provide a luxury private car service for shopping or Vineyard excursions. A bit expensive, but at your disposal for any wish you may have to visit, even outside of the program.
    Good breakfast served until late morning, with lots of choices. If they had fresh fruit it would be perfect.
    The hotel is within walking distance from all the major city sights, and the most important things to see.
    I would definitely return, and would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes small and romantic hotel.
