Good Points: Fantastic location, amazing panoramic views, dedicated wonderful staff, very clean and every guest requirement provided, staff have excellent local knowledge. The suites are huge, opulent,and very quiet. The beds are much to comfortable!
Bad Points: Having to leave!
General comments: We have just returned from celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary here. Chosen from a web search this hotel exceeded all our expectations. The staff are exceptional, very friendly, the hotel is perfect for a romantic break. We recommend this hotel 'a home from home' 100%

Good points, Palazzo Magnani Feroni location - great staff - big and beautiful suite - roof top terrace with a fantastic view. We enjoyed our stay every minute and the staff were most helpful. Thank you Palazzo for making our Florence trip unique.- Read algian's review (43 words)
