After installation, Pioneer did not want to know my problems. The disk that plots the route became damaged on a number of occassions giving me a message "Your route could not be found". The first time it was replaced by the supplying dealer (in guarantee). Thereafter, I had to replace it myself (£200 per time). Pioneer continued to dispute that there was a problem with the equipment despite independent tests that were done on it.
