Good Points: You THINK you are getting a good deal ie 11 months free by redemtion contract for £40. Free returns if handset found faulty within 28 days.
Bad Points: Phone is a Samsung G600 clearance and I can now see why!My phone was faulty & they have been a nightmare to get through to on phone which, is an 0870 no. Also I still have not had my phone back even though I sent it back 3 & a half weeks ago! I wouldn't mind but am paying a contract on a phone that I have not had the use of yet. You pay the monthly £40 contract and get 11 months cheque back. Have phoned on 4 occasions now to chase under 28 day old repair service and was kept waiting in queuing system for 5 mins, 8 mins, 9 mins and 2 mins before anyone even spoke to me. On my 3rd call when I advised the member of staff that I was losing patience and very annoyed with their service he advised me that he would keep me informed and did at least apologise. However that was an empty apology as yet again I heard nothing in a week & had to phone chasing again. This time I have been told again my phone is ready for despatch & that I should have it back within 48 hours!! We will see.
General comments: Mobiles 2your door Customer excellence promise states:-

Customer service scores a big fat 0 i'm afraid for empty promises.

If you have a problem with your phone make sure you get it sorted as soon as possible as if you dont the way in which it is dealt with changes. After a certain period of time any fault has to be dealt with under a repair scheme rather than a replacement scheme. The problem with the repair scheme is that you will be without your phone for longer while the repair takes place and you may find that you are exposed to issues such as if the phone is dropped or wet and you may be charged for the repair ...

I purchased a phone back in November. It arrived. After they had me running around to them and orange and back again. It was connected FINALLY after 5 days. They then demanded the phone be returned saying I had failed orange's credit check.(DUH! they connected the phone already!!) I returned the phone and wrote to both companies complaining. Now I have no phone AND Orange are on my tail demanding money for the contract I signed up to claiming that I am liable for it . Words cannot express.

Seemingly idiotic customer services who when they do answer the phone are not willing to try to resolve a problem.I ordered a phone which was faulty on collection was sent an envelope to return phone which i returned promptly .5 weeks down the line i still have not received a replacement each week i call i am told the phone will be sent out and received after 2 days if you haven't received a phone by then call us for an update!!!!!On my last call the story changed from (morning call) the phone ...
