    Good Points: Phone was delivered quickly, good customer service.


    Bad Points: None with my experience


    General comments: Unlike the other customers I did not have a problem with this company. I got a contract phone from them on a 12 months cashback deal, and I got all 4 cashback cheques. I did not receive the 3rd cheque (even though they claimed they sent it) and I thought that they were going to get out of paying my last 2 cashbacks (like The MobilePhoneOutlet did to me on my previous cashback contract). But they cancelled the cheque and sent me a replacement, and paid me my final cashback. They even offered to help when I had a little problem with Orange over my bill. Although I got excellent service, and a free phone/12 months contract, I have gone back to a pay as you go as I then don't have to worry if I will get my cashbacks under these 'free' contracts.

    I have so much to say here... as far as I am aware they have not yet refunded my 30 pounds for the faulty handset... in turn they charged twice... so that means around 60 pounds.... I chased so many times calling up customer support.... but I feel I have not yet recieved any help on the matter. On total for a single transaction... the loss for me in my opinion was around 100 pounds for 30 pound handset... Therefore I do not recommend Mobiles 2 Your Door.

    They didn't send out the first form until chased by which time it was too late, and subsequent forms were never acknowledged. There worse than other cash/cheque back companies me and or my family have been with, who with enough "hoop jumping" will pay.

    If you have a problem with your phone make sure you get it sorted as soon as possible as if you dont the way in which it is dealt with changes. After a certain period of time any fault has to be dealt with under a repair scheme rather than a replacement scheme. The problem with the repair scheme is that you will be without your phone for longer while the repair takes place and you may find that you are exposed to issues such as if the phone is dropped or wet and you may be charged for the repair ...

    I purchased a phone back in November. It arrived. After they had me running around to them and orange and back again. It was connected FINALLY after 5 days. They then demanded the phone be returned saying I had failed orange's credit check.(DUH! they connected the phone already!!) I returned the phone and wrote to both companies complaining. Now I have no phone AND Orange are on my tail demanding money for the contract I signed up to claiming that I am liable for it . Words cannot express.

    Seemingly idiotic customer services who when they do answer the phone are not willing to try to resolve a problem.I ordered a phone which was faulty on collection was sent an envelope to return phone which i returned promptly .5 weeks down the line i still have not received a replacement each week i call i am told the phone will be sent out and received after 2 days if you haven't received a phone by then call us for an update!!!!!On my last call the story changed from (morning call) the phone ...

    They didn't answer emails, the phone queue was huge, and no paperwork was sent. How can they survive?

    I recently tried ordering the new motorola v525 off Mobiles 2 Your Door due to the fact it had the cheapest line rental, only to find it was one big joke to them.
