    Good Points: Fantastic retro looks, genuine history, comfort, economy, reliability simplicity.


    Bad Points: A bit heavy for a scooter (they are made of metal!), wobbly in side winds.


    General comments: The Vespa PX125 is a really fun and stylish piece of kit, it really looks the part and is a real laugh to ride once you get the hang of it. I am used to riding a motorbike and the twist grip gears really need concentration to begin with. It is a really simple scooter, easy to work on and customise and whilst it won't break any performance records it is utterly reliable and starts first kick or on the button every time. It is a little unstable over 45mph but not dangerously so just not too precise. The brakes are good (disc at front) and the suspension is supple. There is plenty of room for a pillion but it is not really powerful enough for long trips 2 up. Lights are good. There are hundreds of chrome extras you can buy to personalise the scooter. Overall it is a great way to get around if you are into retro stuff and scooters.

    The Vespa PX125 is a lovely scoot and well worth the brand new price tag, wouldn't buy a second hand one though,who knows what your gonna get, there are dodgy ones out there. Love mine to bits, and, now I've customised mine to how i want it, everyone else wants it too!

    I love everyting about the retro design and classy looks of the Vespa PX125, and for a scooter it has breathtaking performance.
    Buy it, if you want a vehicle that will make every dream a reality.

    The Vespa PX125 is a good all round scooter with a genuine retro look and feel (because it's been made like this for decades). The picture posted is not a PX125, the pic is of a newer Vespa model.
