Tried this Isle of Skye Brewery Black Cuillin beer by accident. While travelling through Scotland I had enjoyed enough dark, heavy beers that I was ready for a change. The (very small) restaurant I was in carried only Red and Black Quillin. I ordered the Red but they had run out so I ordered the Black and readied for another dark, heavy pint. What a surprise it was - very dark, but not at all heavy, with a surprising and pleasant sweetness. Very tasty and very unique. Many travels, many countries, and many beers - but this one stands out among them all.
