    Bad Points: none

General comments: SMK SMK Deluxe DB4 Underlever is easy to use and fire good value for the money. Easy to load, under lever makes it easy and smooth to cock and there is a lot of power with little recoil .

got 2 SMK SMK Deluxe DB4 Underlever from a car boot for a fiver. striped them blued them got rust out of barrel. and striped wood and hamerited it black. well got 10.9 on power reading after i replaced that little gasket on the air output . so it made a snug fit .used rubber and glued it around the air out. the other thing i do which helps is to polish smooth where pellet goes and air chamber out put. as with any air movement all surfaces perform better when smooth . as like motorbike exsaust th ...

I've had this SMK SMK Deluxe DB4 Underlever air rifle for over a year now, and have put about 500 pellets through it. I have put a decent scope on it, which prevents me easily putting a pellet in. i have sighted it as best i can, but it still shoots low. it is constant, but it is always about 3 inches below where i aim, no matter whether the target is at 10 yards or 40 yards. the trigger is incredibly stiff, and is far away. recently, the gun has started to fall apart. when out shooting, bits an ...

The SMK SMK Deluxe DB4 Underlever is simply an excellent gun for the money. I paid £36.00 brand new, and for that price, if it breaks I will use it to throw at the rats. Cant fault mine, well worth the money. Good value for money, powerfull, accurate.

i have brought the SMK SMK Deluxe DB4 Underlever today, i got it for a very cheap price at £30. i am very happy with the result because it is as powerful as my dads Air Arms TX200, it is accurate too if you have the right scope (4-40x) is best.

I have only just got into the sport and will be joining a local gun club soon, i brought this gun after reading the reviews on this web site and testing a few that friends had.

I have rated this gun a 10 on a "under £100 gun group" due to firing a couple of guns and found this one to be the best. The only problem that i had was when i first brought it, was i had to put about 350 - 400 pellets through it before the accuracy was spot on to within an inch.

The stock was easy to remove, s ...

Overall an excellent sense of value-for-money. I got it with the chequered Italian hard wood Custom stock. It looks and feels great, shoots extremely well and is now my pride and joy! All for £65! Can go straight through two layers of Baked Beans can at 100 feet while hitting within a 1" radius. I would recommend it to any starter.

The SMK Deluxe DB4 Underlever is great for shooting pests, tough, powerful and accurate, especially for the price. Pretty good all round for a rifle under £60

Great gun, pretty accurate. I thought I would strip the brown paint off the stock after reading somewhere it was good underneath, don't its not, it had a lot of filler & was made up of 2 pieces of wood. After stripping it down I will have to paint it satin black. After saying that I am still glad i purchaced the gun, its my first air rifle.

Pleased with gun , had it a few months. pretty accurate. i decided to strip the brown paint off the stock after reading somewhere the wood underneath was good, don't try this it's not,it had several areas of filler & was made of two pieces of wood,so i have now painted it black after spending several hours stripping it down.

For what i consider to be a very inexpensive gun, i just bought it standard with out a scope not really expecting much. I believe i got alot more for my money, this rifle for its price is very accurate with iron scope i have been able to hit a 1 Penny peice from 15-20 yards. First penny took 3 shots to hit tried again to make sure it wasn't luck, got it first shot so thats brilliant trigger is slightly stiff but its liveable. good weight, also don't buy if you have small hands i find it comforta ...

As an experienced airgunner of about 5 years and having owned a various number of rifles i have recently baught the DB4 to take me back to my beginer days and have found that it can be better than a more expensive rifle when applied to the right job and having the right equipment to go along side it such as a simple not to powerful scope something like a 4x20 is perfect i wouldnt put anything more than a 4x32 on this rifle as it would be very near been to powerful for the rifle a rifle should ha ...

This is a brilliant rifle for the money! After scoping it up with a 4x40, it was hitting 2 pence peices off at 30 yards and had groupings identical to a weihrauch hw77 and a webly raider at 60 yards! could easily be used as a hunting rifle, even though i brought mine for plinking.
Only problems i had with this was a slightly bent underlever and the loading mechanism seazed at one point which was soon rectified. The recoil is quite powerfull but then what can u expect??
Overall once this rifle h ...

Good beginner gun or for the longer garden. The SMK Delux DB4 is a great starter gun, accurate and fairly powerful, a lot of fun to use.

Unbelievably accurate for what you pay, and very powerful when you first get it. I was hitting pennies at 30 odd metres with this and a 4x42 scope. There it quite a bit of recoil and the trigger could do with a filing but once you've tamed it you won't regret buying it. What a bargain for £35.

I bought this as my first air rifle. Really like it. Unless you have really small hands this is an ideal choice for a first buy. It's cheap and it works well. Need to give it a bit of grunt to reload due to the power so multiple shots can be tiring

I find this rifle very accurate but I'm a sniper in the infantry so i should theres a tremendous recoil which gives a bit of a challenge. I have put a 6-24x56 scope on this rifle and its a squeeze to say the least I could only just load it after putting the scope on on the downside I'm not sure that it shoots the same power all the time. all in all great value for money.
