The Yamaha Jog 50 RR is incredible. It's a superb little bike. I get 36mph on flat and reachs that in about 5 seconds.no joke it's quality. When down hill I get bout 45mph had it 50mph down steep roads. The brakes are awesome and it is so easy to chuck round corners and is also so comfortable. I road it 101miles last week never got back ache or pain at all. Superb bike. I'm recommending this bike for people as myself 16 year old first riders.

I brought my Yamaha Jog 50 RR about a month ago, it's a very good little bike - it's very fast. Reliable and very good around corners. I would recommend this bike to everyone.

i bought myself a Yamaha Jog 50 RR for £450, at that point in time i could only go 70 kph however, i began to play about with the carb and got a sports filter and i could do 75kph, now iv got a more powerful spark plug, yasuni racing pipe, rollers, variator weights, and i intend on buying bigger jets for my carb.the problem that i am having is that i cant get enough fuel into the carb so it has quite a big lag.

Get a sym jet. Mine was constatly braking down. My advice to get the new sym jet or even an old one they are the best and out of my three mopeds I have had its is defenetly the best.

The Yamaha Jog RR is a great bike and awsome acceleration as I stuck with a Aprilia rs 50 till 30 mph as mine is restricted but mine still does 35 on straight and 40 down hill but vibrates very badly at 40, I have just had one problem with mine which is its very jerky when stuck in traffic and the throtle seems to get sticky when cold and stick in the revs position can anyone tell me what this might be?

I bought this bike about a month and a half ago(yellow and black 08 version), i agree, the acceleration is crazy, no other bike takes it. i would say you reach 35 in about 5/6 seconds, honest!! its mental at the top end for it being restricted, I hit 30 on flat, on the slightest decline it will shoot up to 40-45 and 50 down steep roads....very reliable...Ive crashed it once at 30 into a curb in the wet, nothing damaged, apart from the paintwork, lucky I didnt bend the wheel or crack anything. It ...

I like it because it is so small and light and easy 2 throw into corners and also the acceleration is just immense. I have never been beaten for acceleration and the top end ain't to bad either I get 55mph on mine and I just have a sports exhaust and lighter rollers, just put an air filter on it now but struggling with the right jet size anyone got any ideas?
Never get a Leo Vince TT exhaust, get a Hebo or Giannelli or if you've got a lot of money get a Malossi.

I have just got the Yamaha Jog RR and am very impressed with it. I gt it completely standard then stuck a Leo Vince TT hand-made pipe on it and taken the restricter out, at the moment it does 32mph up hill and pulls very quick, yet I can only get 43 mph on flat, can any1 help me with some ideas I'm hoping I can get it to do 55+ thinking of getting it de-restricted.

Well it all started with me wanting somthing very sporty and stylish different from my mates. I brought the Yahama JogRR because of it being liquid cooled. At first the scooter was fine doing 35mph then I derestricted it and 50mph. After about six months the problems started to come first the water pump needed replacing which cost me £80, next the water pipes needed replacing which was easy and only cost me about £10. Great for a few weeks then the carb got blocked and needed cleanin ...
