    Bad Points: Oil injection unit can fail but if bike engine is stoped early its an easy fix. note all other part work very well.


    General comments: I would go for the 125cc next time as the 50cc is a little under powered going up hills. Seats 2 people very well very easy to ride and has good stability.

    All in all if you are a young i would not recommend the Peugeot Elystar as its very heavy and you need long legs as this it a very large bike but as an adult i love it its huge and very reliable and sturdy I have had my bike since i passed my cbt after riding this bike i dont feel safe on smaller bikes but i think its a moped for adults and not young ones.

    I have had two other Peugeot scooters with one or two problems but this model has almost been in the garage being mended than in use. Peugeot do not seem to want to sell spares to none Peugeot workshops therefore keeping the scooter off the road even longer. I am about to buy another Scooter but it wont be a Peugeot!

    While I've enjoyed the ride of the Puegot Elystar, I'm very disappointed in the fact that it's off the road for a week each month for repairs.
