    Ordered external DVDRW on friday from EPC Buyer. It arrived monday 10am- best price to be found after extensive research on web. So my experience is completely at odds with some previous adverse comments, but I can only say that in all honesty my experience was FIRST CLASS, IN EVERY WAY!

    I was anxious when I read the adverse comments, but decided to proceed (a) on on the view that the business had been trading for quite a long time qnd simply could not be the disaster it is painted as by some and (b) that their price was the best I could find. I am relieved at finding that the transaction has been exemplary- could scarcely have gone better!

    bought an external hdd on a 2-3 day delivery from E PC Buyer and it arrived next day - what more could you ask!

    Having read some reviews on epcbuyer.com I was undecided if to go ahead and purchase from the site. However, I placed the order, and it arrived on time. I did have some problems setting up the PC however after emailing them someone called me and I was soon up and running.

    Don't buy from E PC Buyer, they don't answer their phones or email, trading standards should close them down, must be costing banks and credit card companies a small fortune, stay away from them.

    I bought a Lacie 1TB in July 2006, but the drive had a failure. Their website advised it would take +/-3 weeks to check, and I was told to buy another one. They would refund once the problem had been confirmed. I bought a new drive and it arrived okay. After 4 weeks I phoned E PC Buyer for my refund, and I was advised that Accounts would refund. After months of calls and emails I got nothing. I even threatened to take to the Ombudsman as the E PC Buyer site said that they conformed to the Ombuds ...

    Goods out of stock, found out after money taken. Cancelled order Sept 06, still waiting for refund. Phone impossible to get through, I just get cut off. I have sent 6 emails, no response. Please read this review before you order.

    I bought a DVD writer in June 2006. I had to return it in October, as it would not record onto any blank discs. A telephone contact is non-existent, and they never respond to messages or e-mails. E PC Buyer promised me my money back, but they didn't give it. I am now having to take the matter further.

    Purchased goods which I was advised by EPCBuyer were instock and delivery was 1-5 days. EPC charged my VISA and then didn`t send the goods. Emailed Customer services and received a ticket responce that they passed email onto dispatch department. No further responce to emails and won`t answer the phone. I have had to contact VISA to claim money back and my next step is to inform the enforcement department of trading standards. I will not buy from them again.

    I placed an order with E PC Buyer, but none of my goods have been received. The money was taken immediately. I cancelled the order, and no credit has been received. I have called and mailed so many times. This has been going on since August.

    I have been trying for almost one month to get my refund. The first problem occurred when my debit card had been replaced. When I was aware of this, I demanded that they pay me by cheque. They told me very recently that they were in the process of changing banks and were waiting for a new cheque book!?!?! Why does the E PC Buyer web site claim they have over 11 million hits per month? This means over 366,500 per day, or is this disgruntled customers returning to see what is happening??

    I placed an order with E PC Buyer on 13th July 2006, cancelled by e-mail on 25th July, due to lack of response, followed this by fax on the 27th, and I made numerous telephone calls, none of which were answered by a human, if indeed answered at all. On 29th I placed a complaint on their 'Ticket' system, a feature that is not 'visible' from their web site as a method of communication.

    Their reply was "Many apologies ...." (sic), they eventually closed the ticket, no explanations, no further ...

    When I placed my order, my card was debited. I waited for two weeks but received nothing. I sent emails, but received no reply. After four weeks I managed to speak to someone on the phone who advised me that they were having problems getting my order from the supplier. I cancelled my order, then confirmed by email. After several calls, I am still awaiting my refund from E PC Buyer. I have now logged my dispute with Visa so they can reclaim the money on my behalf.

    I ordered a cheap PC system and they took money from my credit card the day after. After 1 week there was still no delivery. I contacted them and was told that they were waiting for motherboards, which could take 3 weeks. I couldn't wait another 3 weeks so I cancelled my order.

    2 weeks has passed and still no refund. I did manage to get an email confirming my order was cancelled and could take up to 7 days to refund. After another 9 days I am still waiting, and I still can't get through to t ...

    Payment was taken from me swiftly. I received a confirmation of the order through the post. One month later and I am still waiting for the order to arrive. I have emailed them several times but had no reply.

    E PC Buyer offers very cheap products (best price I found), fast delivery time, great customer service team. E-Mails take a bit of time to be replied to but when they do, very accurate information given. I told friends about them and this was my first time and I will be using them again.

    I ordered a camera from E PC Buyer and got it the next day, these guys rock! There was good communication and fast response to emails and the next day delivery. I'll use them again.

    Ordered a machine from them and was not kept informed, I have since cancelled my order and been told it can take up to 7 working days. after 27 calls leaving messages for their non existent manager as well as there credit department! UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU USE THESE PEOPLE! They are a COMPLETE rip off!
