My first Ferm 115mm Angle Grinder one failed after an hour of use - disk lock sheared off.
My second one failed after a year with brushes, then two years later with the ON/OFF switch, brushes again and brush holders. All simple repairs but annoying when unit fails when you are relying on it. If you need a cheap tool to do a small job occasionally then this tool is OK. The Ferm 115mm Angle Grinder is as disrespectful to the environment as a £300 DeWalt angle grinder that can survive 10 years of heavy use. It's obviously designed to last around 36 months and then disrespect the environment… Read Full Review
