    Good Points: Appearance. Price.

    Bad Points:

General comments: Fine if you don't intend to use it regularly! Not durable. Original filter housing broke. Handle & plastic lid assembly broken on replacement.

Don't be seduced by the appearance if you wish to use a caffee machine everyday! Lacks durabiliity. Flimsy plastic parts. Filter assembly broke on original. Handle & lid now broken on the replacement.

I have owned a Russell Hobbs coffee machine for six years. It's been used several times a day every day, and I haven't had a single problem with it. Nothing has broken, leaked or failed. It's done nothing but provide me with great coffee. I'd recommend this machine without reservation.

I can only agree with what ChrisO and others have said about the Russell Hobbs 3390 Coffee Maker. I too wrote and complained to Russell Hobbs, they just said that they knew of no problems with this maker. I feel that these complaints are only the tip of the iceberg!

The Russell Hobbs 3390 Satin Stainless Steel Coffee Maker is the most poorly designed coffee machine I have ever come across. It often clogs resulting in hot water and ground coffee being spilled over the base and surface no matte ...

Russell Hobbs 3390 Coffee Maker has terrible quality plastic parts which are brittle and break almost if you look at them. The handle has broken off the jug 3 times and superglue won't fix it any more, so it's gone in the bin. The red window popped off the neon switch and disappeared. Needless to say all this happened shortly after the guarantee expired.

The handle design for the Russell Hobbs 3390 Coffee Maker is poor, resulting in breakage at mounting points. The reservoir is difficult to fill and the jug does not hold the same amount of water as the water reservoir. Jug is awkward to locate on baseplate. Temperature is not high when water flows through filter (filter is good)and warms up when left to stand. Do not buy this machine!

The Russell Hobbs 3390 Satin Stainless Steel Coffee Maker is the most poorly designed coffee machine I have ever come across. It often clogs resulting in hot water and ground coffee being spilled over the base and surface no matter how careful you are in placing the jug under the filter flow valve.
The jug is so badly designed, it spills when pouring unless poured very slowly.
Complaints about the design to the manufacturer only brought a response of 'go and change it for another one'.

Russell Hobbs 3390 Satin Stainless Steel Coffee Maker looks very fashionable because of its nice chrome finish; it has a washable filter, and works well.
