“youre airline sucks”

just arrived in dallas fort worth had 10 mins to catch connecting flight got to gate sign said will board in 10 mins went to restroom came back and flight was leaving im very disopointed now I have to wait 6 hours for the next flight I hope they don't cancle. also the need to have better English speaking over the intercom half the time I cant understand what they are saying… Read Full Review

“Lack of Service ”

“Bad Service ”

It is sad that in the US we are down to choices between the airlines we have. Lived in many places around the world included 3rd world countries which provide better service. Very poor communication, giving wrong information, lies that were told to us about flights and in short poor service. “Always layover due to weather”

The other day I understood layovers, today the weather was fine. The pilot stated he had to wait on a terminal for 20 mins then we had to wait in hallway for luggage for 10 mins it was not a weather delay. I had to sleep in airport no accommodation's given. “Always a luggage malfunction”

Earlier this year I went to Peru and was on a return flight home. We waited about half an hour for the luggage to come out but our luggage was not put on the flight with us so we had to wait an hour in line to fill out papers for our missing luggage this has happened before when I was on a return flight from Paris my luggage had also gotten lost. “never use american airlines!!!”

I will never again use American Airlines!!They will NOT notify you if your flight has been cancelled, and you will be forced to sit at the airport. I was stranded for 14 hours just after getting married. Delta will at least text you to let you know that your flight was cancelled. Sleeping on the floor in the Vegas airport was not fun!! “Almost let my Husband Die”

We were on vacation and my husband had a horrible accident and I needed to get him back to the US from overseas. It took me three hours on hold to reach AA and then they wouldn't let me change my ticket except to one day that was so close that I didn't think I could make the flight as I was on an island and had to take boats to the international airport. “Worst customer service I've ever experienced! ”

I am a Canadian citizen and was on my honeymoon in Mexico. We had to stop in Dallas for a connecting flight back to Canada. Our flight was canceled because the airport was not prepared for the weather conditions. We were forced to wait 6.5hrs in line to even get an answer as to how we could get home. “Horrible customer service”

I was booked on a 6:30AM flight today and received a call at 2:30AM that the flight was on time. About 15 minutes later I received a call that indicated that they could not reschedule my flight. I logged on and could see that a connecting flight had been cancelled due to weather which was not a huge surprise. “Terrible experience”

My husband and I had a very negative experience on American Airlines. On our outgoing flight, they totally changed our flight time. When it came to our return flight, after being listed as on time until the last minute, it was canceled. The agent did not seem to care at all and told us our only option was a flight in 4 days! “Not So Friendly”

Only 1 of 6 Flight Attendants actually smiled and was polite during our two flights to our destination.One lady kept rolling her eyes everytime anyone asked her question.I'm glad I didn't have one. Flights were on time,that was a plus.If we hadn't have taken Delta Airlines on the way home,I would have thought maybe this was normal .But,EVERYONE,including the Pilots were extremely nice and polite. On my honeymoon to Hawaii in August of 2014 the staff was incredibly rude, on an 8 hour flight they provided no food, the seats were cramped, and the plane reeked. On the return flight same problem but on our layover they actually tried to force us to take another flight, giving us every ridiculous reason in the book. AA seating policy sucks. They hold all of the seats until the day of the flight because they want you to pay additional for seats. They would not let me chose seats for my 90 year old parents in advance. This is after being on hold for 30 minutes because there web site shows all of the seats as being unavailable. “Worst airline ever”

Do not fly American. Customer service is a joke. Last two flights with American and connecting flights with American Eagle were the worst travel experiences I have ever had. They cannot keep their planes flying. Took 4 hours to get out of Little Rock to DFW. Missed two connecting flights. Got out on the last flight to Milwaukee at 8pm. Total time for my trip was 14 hours almost 11 hours sitting in airports. No offer for any kind of compensation for the delays. I will only fly American… Read Full Review

In a nutshell, on a flight to Miami in November 2014, the gates were under-staffed the plane was old ( It actually creaked!), the flight attendants were unfriendly, upcharges for seats and baggage were rampant, and pilots were given incorrect information from air traffic control so they took a longer route, through a storm in northern Florida. “British Airways”

I was booked British Airways but it was actually an AA flight. AA was really good about 10 years ago and I flew at least once a year with them to London today they are absolutely awful. I made a 30+ hour flight in Business, last leg was AA, follwed by an onward leg on AA about 15 hours later. Luggage si not aririve. This can happen. Has happened to me on various Asian airlines in the past, handling is always correct and quick. Not here. The CS rep at luggage service handles customers while handling chewing gum, with a totally disinterested attitude. Worse. could not operate the system. Without a doubt..The WORST airlines I have ever been on. ZERO customer service in the Dallas branch. Seriously the better business bureau needs to be contacted about American Airlines and the incredibly poor service they provide. Some of their activity borders on illegal. To start off my week of woe with AA/US Airways, I was delayed out of DFW. They said that it was an unfortunate situation. Similar to a one off....ok, so 2 1/2 hours late.
