    Good Points: Clean, centrally located near Spanish Steps


    Bad Points: Dilapidated, Would only take cash. Poor value for money. Not even space for a chair in the bedroom. Poor customer service


    General comments: Marcus Hotel was dilapidated and badly finished, The shower didn't work properly and bathroom was tiny and not fully finished. It seemed to be run by teenager/early 20's men with very bad manners. Lift to the hotel didn't work, so had to carry luggage up and down long flights of stairs. On checkout they wouldn't take credit card, even though my internet voucher said cash or credit card. WE had to walk a distance to a bank in order to get out a large sum of cash on the last day of our vacation. I would not recommend this place for value for money or for comfort, or for anything really.
