    As I had used Neville Johnson in the past to install a home office, they were my first choice to provide me with a bespoke china display cabinet and bookcase for my new kitchen. The design was exactly what I had in mind and the whole experience was a great delight as the quality of the product was fantastic. The fitters were very professional and courteous. All my friends have been extremely impressed by the work and I am busy spreading the word! I just wish I had more than one house to do!

    From Romsey. Initial contact came up with a lot of useful ideas. We ordered a lot of built in furniture a long time before required. Showroom staff very helpful later and adjusted the order without fuss. Delay no problem and change of installation date accommodated. Fitters were efficient, pleasant and arrived when they said. Tidied up after finishing and very helpful in small details.

    Final effect is what we were looking for and the appearance of the furniture is just what we were hoping for. ...

    We are extreamly pleased with the excellent way Neville Johnson staff designed and installed bedroom furniture in our refurbished historic inn. Their sales representative really maximised the available space in the 6 very different shaped bedrooms offering several options of layout.
    His visit was followed by a surveyor who spent a considerable time confirming measurements and offering further advice.

    This was the third time we had had furniture from Neville Johnson, having previously had units fitted in our lounge, and my home study fitted out with wall units, shelving and a desk with fitted drawers, so we were fully confident that we would be highly delighted with the corner unit we had in mind to accomodate a new television set we had just bought,and to house the Sky digibox, DVD/video recorder as well as drawers to take a large number of VHS tapes, and DVD's.     Everything from the initial consultation through survey and installation was first class. All members of the team were very pleasant and helpful. Although it was expensive we are delighted with the end result which is of extremely high quality. We would highly recommend Neville Johnston to anyone considering high quality bespoke bedroom furniture.

    Neville Johnson was recommended to me by a high street store in Nottingham. I work from home and needed an efficient and good looking office and I did not want someone trying to do a pressure sell. The person that dealt with me was very professional and diplomatic as well as knowledgeable. He designed my office so that everything was to hand, comfortable and good looking.     Neville Johnson provided excellent service at every stage in the procedure. The three showrooms visited provided us with many ideas which were then refined with the show-room staff, and the designer who visited us, on no less than three occasions. The surveyor's visit ensured that nothing was left to chance. The fitters completed the job with great good humour. Two minor problems were dealt with promptly.

    I got Neville Johnson to do the furniture in the lounge and the study. The designer had a couple of meetings with me to understand what I exactly wanted, and incorporated my requirements in his design. He was so involved in the project.....he kept refining the design. He called me once with a design idea while he was walking his dog and not officially working!

    I'm stunned at the quality of the furniture and the fitting. Everything was fitted by just one person within 2 days! And yet the quality ...

    Neville Johnson were professional and thorough. They kept me in touch with progress and took me through every step of their plans, allowing me to make changes and suggesting solutions when I dithered! The bookcase they built looks fantastic and is to a very high level. This is definately a case of you get what you pay for.

    I have just taken delivery of bookshelves from neville johnson to complete my office at home. The orginal furniture was fitted 10years ago and still looks as good as new. It was in mahogany and as it was too expensive to continue in that wood the designer suggested oak painted to match my walls. It looks stunning.     I found 'Neville Johnson' very good at sales and survey.
    I was very happy that they did not charge a premium for London.
    The fitters were very good but when they opened the furniture on the day of my fit the quality of the finish was very bad,
    The fitters rang the regional manager, who I must say came to site very quickly but was then very rude to the fitters and my self,
    He seem only interested in reducing the money I owed in order to convince me to accept the damaged furniture.

    From the first contact through to completion we were very pleased with the professionalism and quality of Neville Johnson. The end solution was very innovative and has transformed our hallway. We will definitely be using them for our next project.

    The Neville Johnson brochure says 'Design without compromise' and I can certainly say they lived up to their strap line. They re-designed my study, taking time to ask me what I would like including and offering extra suggestions I had not thought of. They did not rush me and listened to everything we had to say.     The sales executive paid careful attention to what we wanted the room to be, and applied his experience to produce a design that we would not have been able to do by ourselves. He did not 'oversell' and fill the room with furniture, but helped us crystallise our thinking and avoid mistakes.     Neville Johnson offered a very professional service from the initial inquiry i made. I was extremely impressed with the attention afforded by the design consultant who listened carefully to the brief. Certainly no 'hard sell'. Then the survey and installation were carried on time and with no hiccups! A pleasant overall experience.
    Very happy to recommend this quality company, who's product and service are exemplary putting them top of my list for fitted furniture.

    Design carried out expertly and cheerfully and incorporating all the items I needed.
    The fitters were excellent, working hard and virtually non-stop all day, and leaving everything tidy.

    My study is small but the designer has provided me with everything I need arranged in such a way as to make the room appear larger than it really is.
    I was not looking forward to the disruption of the fitting day but, in fact, it caused us little problem, even though the day was wet.

    All our contact with Neville Johnson from the initial salesman through to the inspection and fitting was very professional. We were kept informed throughout the process and all key dayes were honoured. Having considered numerous free standing units we decided on a bespoke fitting. We are delighted with the quality and standard of fitting and workmanship. It has totally transformed our living room. We would certainly recommend Neville Johnson

    I started wondering if I was chosing an expensive firm but the quality of the furniture from Neville Johnson and the attention to detail of the team made the job excellent value for money. The service from initial enquiry to completion was excellent. The personnel were all pleasant and very helpful. There was always a contact member of the team to contact and they always seemed fully conversant with my job and needs. I was kept informed of progress at each stage from design to survey to fitting.

    Would recommend Neville Johnson to anybody wanting a professional and value for money product.We found the quality of the product speaks for itself but the main asset must be the fantastic staff the company employs.

    We found Neville Johnson to be a friendly company from the salesperson through to the fitter. We never felt under any pressure to buy. The Salesperson listened to what we wanted and came up with a study design that suited our needs and more importantly our budget.BD23
