Good Points: We had a very quick response to our initial inquiry followed by a designer who helped us with every aspect of our project. Within 8 weeks the furniture was ready to be fitted. It took less than one day by one fitter. He was very professional and left the room in a very clean condition.

We are delighted with the results of our project and would not hesitate in using again or recommending Neville Johnson.

My so called small study/junk room was transformed by Neville Johnson into a beautiful organized space in which I can enjoy reading, working and sewing. In addition I have added a chair-bed which again transforms it into an occasional bedroom for my small granddaughter when she visits. The design fitted all my criteria exactly. The fitters worked very hard and professionally and completed the installation in a day. The room is now a joy to spend time in.

You get what you pay for and whilst not the cheapest, they are great value for money. The quality is very high and this is no flat pack installation. The construction is great, designer is just that, not a salesman and the fitters are excellent leaving premises clean and tidy. When I wanted changes after installation they accommodated these with no extra charge and promptly. I would recommend to anyone.

Neville Johnson are not cheap but you really do get what you pay for. The initial plan and the surveys were extremely thorough and they did a fine job of foreseeing any potential problems. Getting the planning rights is so important.
The fitter worked incredibly hard and did a superb job. Everything was finished to a superb standard and there was absolutely no snagging to be done.

Neville Johnson provided inspired and practical ideas from an experienced graphic designer which helped us to see what was possible and could be achieved in the space available. An excellent service from start to finish, the designer was very experienced and came up with a plan that was near perfect with very little alteration to reach our desired objective. This was followed by price negotiation and our confirmed order. The guy doing the final measure was equally up to the job and finally the installing team were wonderful, a wealth of experience between them. Neville Johnson are nice people to deal with. The designer who dealt with our small study, was a designer not a salesperson. Men who came to fit furniture seemed trustworty and nice enough to leave on own in house. Certainly not cheap, but had nice comments from neigbours on our new fitted furniture.

I would not use Neville Johnson again. They scheduled installation of my wardbrobes on four occasions, cancelling on each occasion - once at noon on the day they were due to start work. There work is to a reasonable standard, although their design skills are in my opinion questionable. We have been left with a hanging space too short to hang any clothes in.

This is my third Neville Johnson installation which is in itself an accolade!
The entire experience of having Neville Johnsons furniture surveyed and fitted is a very pleasant one, with very little disruption to your life or your home.
Plus everyone is so pleasant to deal with!

We have now used Neville Johnson on two occasions and would recommend them to anyone. They are not the cheapest but we knew that when we chose them but they were certainly excellent value for money and we are great believers that you get what you pay for.

Neville Johnsons were very undersanding about our situation as our home was undergoing some reconstruction, so were very flexible with the installation date. The fitters were very skilled and did a very professional job, and cleaned up everything before they left.

I was thoroughly impressed by the whole design and fitting service provided by this company. The communication channels were excellent, and the checks made at every stage ensured that all went according to plan. I never felt pressured into accepting anything, and everyone who visited me displayed the professionalism of the organisation. I would recommend Neville Johnson as a company for the quality of their products and their customer service.
I was impressed by the attention to detail by everyone involved in the design, survey and fitting of our shelving units and TV/hi-fi cabinet. There was no 'hard sell'; I was given plenty of time to consider the quote. It was also reassuring to have a contact at the office to which any queries could be referred.

As arranged, everything happened and people visited when the company said they would.I have used Neville Johnson before (three times now) and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I am delighted with my under stair cupboards and shelving - the colour, wood and style fit beautifully with my new staircase.
All aspects seem to be of a high standard and I appreciated the post fitting phone calls from nevillejohnson.co.uk to check everything was done to my satisfaction.

As an interior designer I come across different levels of service from trades people to businesses supplying a service. I can quite honestly say that Neville Johnson have been the most professional company I have come across. They keep you informed every step of the way and have met my expectations at every stage of the process. I would recommend anyone in the market for a study to select Neville Johnson if they are looking for reliability, quality of service and an exceptional product.

Our spare room has been transformed into a delightful little bedroom/playroom for my son. The workmanship is excellent and the quality of the furniture is brilliant. From beginning to end the team have been really professional and done a fantastic job in such a short space of time.
