I bought a rc plane in december that was first delivered to the wrong address and I discovered it was broken when I opened it. I have just now (august) received a response from Hobbytron concerning my credit. I sent numerous e-mails and received no reply up to now.

I ordered an airsoft rifle (Classic Army CA33E) from Hobbytron it promised a battery and charger to go along with it but it did not come with the gun. I called them at several different times of the day and got a recording.

I ordered an airsoft tank from Hobbytron for my son and it stopped working after 2 days. I contacted the company and have not received a response back yet. I found the dirctions very hard to follow basically useless. On my original invoice Hobbytron said to deal with the manafacture directly for returns, if items defective, but nowhere on the packaging can I find manufacture info. Hobbytron has not returned e-mails yet. My advice would be to stay clear of this company.

Ordered an RC plane for son's birthday. Product came 2 weeks late. Product malfunctioned and was unable to hold charge. I have called and emailed customer service and have received no response as of yet.

I ordered a motorized boat from hobbytron.com. I was charged $80. A month later I am still looking for my boat. I have never received the boat, nor have been able to contact hobbytron. I have tried their customer service both online and by phone daily for weeks and have had no answer yet.

My sons ordered airsoft guns from Hobbytron.com. For $50.00 each, I didn't expect that they would receive the greatest quality item...but, I did expect that they would last longer than 2 days. Here we are two days later and both of the guns have broken. The company that made them enclosed no type of information to contact them, no type of warranty card or anything to troubleshoot the item. In my opinion, this is at best a poorly run company. More than likely if they have something, they will ship it. I can prove this with the 3 emails I got before they stopped responding. Also, I can't copy the emails I sent them as it is a form on their website. They have not answered phones whenever I have called.

I bought an Aisoft Rifle for my son for Christmas from Hobbytron and to make a long story short...it worked 2 times, the process to resolve took so long the warranty ran out. My son has a $100.00 gun that does not work and nothing can be done.
By far, a terrible buying experience.

I ordered an airsoft gun from hobbytron.com in January, I never received it. They would not issue me a refund because I never requested the signature confirmation. I can't find this information on their website. It is now May, I have no order, I am out $150, the Better Business Bureau couldn't help me and Hobbytron have still not refunded me for things I never received.

I bought a SRC dark knight helicopter. It didn't have the cover. I called customer service, they said, it wasn't their fault, and told me to call the manufacture. And hung up on me, just like that!!

I placed an order for a Hawk 252 helicopter on 11-26-2007 they then emailed me told me it was out of stock when I sent them an email back saying never mind just cancel my order they then said it was already shipped. Simply avoid.
This is - by a wide margin - my worst on-line shopping experience yet. Customer service is non-existent, the merchandise is shoddy, their warranty is worthless.
Buy somewhere else.

Hobbytron have a lot of merchandise, but their prices are no bargain. You can find the same merchandise for less at other discount shops, like Raidentech or Nitroplanes. Their customer service is poor. I received broken merchandise under their wholesale policy that stipulates all merchandise is inspected before shipping, but they refused to listen to my request for an exchange because they claim they don't do exchanges under the wholesale policy. They changed the phone number, and then a message first said that they are off for holidays and will be back on the 27th.
