I ordered a package for my son in April 4th 2020 they didn't deliver the package or reply to any of my emails that I sent customer service is a joke they don't answer their phone now it's December 28th 2020 still no package still no answer to emails still no answer on the phone

Terrible company. Ordered 2 items 1 came damaged. Trying to get an RMA. No customer service. AVOID this place at all cost.

I placed an order on April 23, 2020 for a couple of replacement batteries for a drone. HobbyTron/World Tech Toys charged my credit card the following day and that was the last I heard from them. Never received batteries and when I reached out to their customer service via email or phone, I wouldn't get a response through email and the phone call would go straight to a recording then, disconnect. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which is still pending since HobbyTron has not responded to BBB request for resolution. I wouldn't even rate this business one star if this review site would allow it. I realize with this COVID-19 going on, shipping is slower than normal but, for HobbyTron to completely ignore a customer's requests is ridiculous. If the company can't handle the volume of orders, they should have shut down completely until a time they could actually handle business again. It certainly didn't stop them from charging my credit card. BUYERS BEWARE!!

I actually had a excellent experience with hobbytron. I never received a email telling me my item was shipped so I contacted customer support and they didn't reply. Well my item was delivered that evening in excellent condition and as advertised. Over all I will buy again.

Placed an order over a month ago,someone was there to complete the transaction and take my money, but no response after that first email I have been calling and e-mailing with no response from them, I should have read the reviews before I placed my order,terrible!

This company sold me a product that was advertised as new. They sent me a used item that was broken and they pawned it off on me. Then they would not do anything about it. Thier advertising about shopping safe and 100% satisfaction is hardly how they operate. They think it's funny.

Purchased Drone and had issues from Day 1. Wont help us out because K-Mart closed. Its NOT K-Marts fault its Hobby Tron quality. Wont help us at all. Do ever buy there products, you'll be sorry. No customer service effort. Maybe its time for new employees that help the customer out.

This company “DO NOT” respond to any inquiries or try to make it right! I’ve emailed them over and over for four months and they can’t even acknowledge my correspondence. They won’t answer your phone calls. This is the worst company I have ever purchased products from. The unbreakable helicopters broke on first use. They ARE NOT unbreakable. FALSE ADVERTISING. MY ADVICE TO ALL OF YOU “DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

Purchased a chopper on-line from HobbyTron based on a Youtube review of the product, took Twelve days(12) to receive it via USPS from california to IL, when calling Customer service you are on hold for over 15 min even though you are #1 in the que, takes over 8 min to locate your order information, order item based on the listed product info and receive another, losy customer service and company, should be out of business.

WE ordered a remote control helicopter for our grandson's Christmas gift. It would not take a charge although it was opened carefully and all the directions were carefully followed. Grandson so disappointed...so we replaced it with something locally. We had hoped to get a refund but were told they do not do refunds only replace parts or item - which we do not need....

They have had my order for 7 days and still haven't shipped it. I have asked for an update, on multiple occasions, but all the say is that "Your order is still being processed in the warehouse". They are making me very concerned I fear they are going to let me and my sons down. I would think twice about using these guys for Xmas.

The problem is that I'm located in Qatar and order need to be shipped to Europ were we will spend Christmas. I don't know if is because is the weekend and the time difference that costumer service is not in function and I need to wait for Monday to contact them.
Kindly advice if you receive refund and how long it takes.

Ordered on nov 26th and on dec 7th was still not here. They said 5-7 business days. We are at 9 business days and counting. They need to link the tracking info to the emailed receipt. It took forever to track itge package having to enter email, order no. And tracking numbers. Not a fan of this process.

bought nano copter ,the balance broke,cheaply made..unbreakable is fake advertising, it was in the air stabilizer broke apart in first flight..did chat thing, asking for parts to fix. said I tried to repair.i was going to try an glue it, but honesty nothing to glue. got me. I got burnt.. so no warranty..so folks as my father would say if its a cheap product beware..so ill never buy anything more from this company..was buying to see if I would buy for my grand children...NO.. don't buy anything from them folks.

They definitely take their time in processing your order. 3-5 business days and if you have a question or issue, it takes 3-5 days for them to resond. It could take 3-5 weeks to receive your order from the date of purchase. It took about 3 weeks to get my package which was 10 days after my nephews bday. I had to get him another bday gift on his bday. This company could care less. You have to be pretty lazy or have employees that dont care to take this long to process an order. Your better off finding your item elsewhere from someone who can turn it around fast. Especially if it is a gift for someone. This company is only in it for the money not customer satisfaction.

I bought a Micro Supernova 2.4GHz 4.5CH RC Drone ZX-34452 And they sent me a piece of JUNK!! with missing parts. Looks like they sent me a customer reject, or the factory in China had overworked employees who did not fully assemble the product.
