    I bought an Airsoft Electric Gun K93B. The seller told me that if I should have any problems I can just go to the website on the box and it will be taken care of. After opening and removing the battery I realized it had extra wires coming out of it. I waited till Monday when I could get a response on the computer and phone but have gotten no help at all. I even decided to just buy another battery pack and was told you can't purchase a battery individually. You have to buy the whole gun again. That will never happen!

    i bought a toy car from hobbytron. it cost me $200. i picked up the charger and wondered why it was so light. when i opened it up, it turns out it was empty. the controller was different and the battery pack did not fit.

    I did not read the reviews as I should. I ordered a Airsoft gun 9/13 and heard nothing back for 11 days. Went back online and found that the gun was back ordered. I never did receive a notice of the back order. I will say Hobbytron is very quick to process the credit card transaction. Read the Reviews of Hobbytron.com before you buy!!!

    whats up with complaints. everything was great my airsoft gun works great and i love it. Hobbytron have a wide selection of stuff their not bad at all.

    DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS ONLINE COMPANY!!! Hobbytron are online only and drop ship all purchased products from China. They mailed me an RC speed boat that I did not order and informed me they did so b/c the item I ordered was on backorder - this was WITHOUT my consent (which is illegal). Their customer service (if you want to call it that) is completely non-existent. You'll notice their "LIVE CHAT" feature on the website is ALWAYS disabled and reads "Offline: leave message," and you'll have the ...

    Ordered a simple RC car toy for my son from Hobbytron. It comes quickly, and we charge it for the first time,and it works great. After a few charges, it starts to act sporadically, and and then stops working. No abuse, just stopped working.     Terrible service from Hobbytron. My first (and only item I'll ever get from them) arrive defective. It was difficult to contact Hobby Tron to get an RMA #. Once it was returned they said 2-3 weeks to process the return. I can never get through on the phone system and have left several messages.

    Looks like I'm another in a long line of people duped into buying something from hobbytron. I ordered an airsoft gun almost 2 weeks ago. I called last week and asked when it would ship (Yes, I actually managed to get someone on the phone my first try). I was told that the gun had been on backorder, but that a shipment had arrived a day earlier and it would ship in 2-3 days. Funny, it sure didn't say backordered to me when I placed the order! And they sure as heck did charge my credit card rig ...

    I had no problems with Hobbytron, ordered 8 airsoft guns, gun what I asked for, nothing broken. Fairly slow shippers, but good pricing.I read all the bad reviews after placing my order. I was paranoid so I called the company up, they said everything was in stock and would ship on time. I ordered low end spring airsoft guns to gut out and make into laser tag guns, so can't complain on quality.no complaints, despite reviews

    Not taking my own advice I made a purchase from Hobbytron without researching them beforehand. My items never left the mysterious "processing in warehouse" status after 5 days. After spending an entire day trying to contact them I found and internet full of complaints. They charged my card immediately after ordering.I told them that since the item had not shipped and was "processing at warehouse" they could cancel my order and refund my money.     Hobbytron is the worst company i ever dealt with. i placed an order nearly a month ago and have yet to recieve it also when trying to call the company you will never get a hold of them. and they will not call back. how are they still operating

    Hobbytron sent a horrible airsoft gun. The gun did not work properly and would get jammed on single fire and automatic. I would have to fire my gun upside down for it to work and still full auto didn't work properly. Then once it jammed and used what was supposedly "umjam" my weapon and it broke inside and I couldn't get it out. They mess up orders too.     terrible service or lack there of! Hobbytron is not a business that is on the up and up!!!! they are horrible. no response to phone messages or email, but they sure charge your card right away and nothing has been processed going on a week now.

    I also will never buy from this company again. Make sure you have any returns back to them before 30 days, which also means broken items. If they do not have it within 30 days of the order you're out of luck. No response from voice messages. Finally got a response to an email. They basically have no customer service and do not care. If I were you I would think twice about purchasing from HobbyTron.com

    I will never order from Hobbytron again; if there even are people working there. I left 4 voice mail messages, 5 emails and no response. My items were ordered and charged on my credit card 2 weeks ago and have not received the items or a response. Terrible customer service. Horrible company.

    I don't have a clue what any of the complaints are about Hobbytron. I'm working at a naval base, controlling wildlife which often flees into the water (so I need a boat to chase the animals). I wrecked 3 Baleanoptera musculus boats in 90 days(2 under water and one coughing smoke). I ordered a case of 4 Ed Harvey Vipers and then canceled the order after reading what was posted here.     I did some shopping around looking for a cheap little electric airsoft gun to play around with, just for fun, and i found what was seemingly a nice little gun on hobbytron, it said it was on clearance for regularly 46.00 but for 23.95. well, i wouldn't pay more than $5 at a swap mart for this! first of all, it claims to come with a 'hi-cap' magazine that holds 110 rounds, but it came with one that holds 20. also, it claimed to shoot at 200 fps, well my neighbour, who's an avid paintball player h ...

    Hobbytron have yet to respond to my voice messages on their own 800 line. I'm also still waiting for a response to my emails and faxes. Their shipping was poor. They had not used no packing inside the shipping box. My item came scattered throughout the box, one part was bent! I will never order anything again.
