    Good quality saddle. comfortable and easily adjustable. I have 4 of Bates Caprilli saddles and would now buy nothing but a bates.

    Amazingly comfortable Bates Caprilli saddle and a great fit on several horses that I have ridden.

    whole heartedly recommended!

    I brought a Bates Caprilli Saddle brand new for my horse 18 months ago and it has now damaged him. It has been checked over several times by a recognised stockist saddle fitter. The care I have recieved from Bates and the saddler is dreadful. I am now left with a horse who is is pain and a saddler that wants nothing to do with it. The Cair panel has gone down and the tree has twisted even though they are designed to "never break". I don't recommend it at all.

    i have the dressage model of this saddle and i love it to bits. It fits my 7 year-old whatever her current shape. it fits 99% of horses aswell.

    Having ridden in this Bates Caprilli Saddle a few times, I would never buy one for myself. It is a bog standard saddle and where they got the idea from that it is close contact I'll never know. It fitted the horse and myself fine, just wasn't very good quality and didn't perform well.
    I'll be sticking to my Pessoa for a long time yet

    Bates Caprilli Saddle is quite simply the most comfortable close contact saddle I've ever sat in.. Extremely comfortable, very secure and with the Bates stirrup leathers the close contact saddle works very well..

    Don't sit in one unless you have the cash to buy one.. My trainer now has one, as does my barn owner and the exercise girl that 'borrowed' mine

    The Bates Caprilli Saddle is my favourite horse riding saddle. It is very comfortable, both for me and my horse, and it is hard wearing and easy to remove etc...

    The saddle comes in various sizes, so it is available for any age group.

    Highly recommended!
