Good Points: comfort durability wearable with most types of trousers
Bad Points: Laces are breaking up after almost constant wear over 5 months
General comments: At age 61 these are the most comfortable boots that I have ever worn.
I was a policeman for 31 years and much on my feet particularly the last seven years and boots such as these would have been heaven had I had them.
I have fallen arches and burning under the balls of my feet for which the hospital gave me special insoles but I have had absolutely no reason to wear them with these boots.
I am looking to buy a black pair now for wear with darker trousers.
Little or no wear on the sole despite almost constant wearing.
Brilliant Ariat.

Iv had these boots for ages I endurance ride have a farm up to 12 horses and backed countless. I walk the dogs and run in them unless it is mud up to my arm pits they have replaced my wellies. Fantastic

I am on my second pair of Ariat Terraine H20 and will by another pair once these have worn out. I think there a great boot will fill a lot of categories. Yes they are expensive, but you get what you pay for.

I would definitely buy them again. The Ariat Terrain Boots are more comfortable than paddock boots. Great for riding and yard work!

Have used these boots on several long distance trail rides... including crossing the Namib Desert and the Andes mountains as well as week long trail rides in the Crete mountains, French forests and in the foothills of the Pyrennes. Only writing this review because of the daft comments in the other review. Get boots that fit and wear them in for half a day!

Bought these Ariat Terrain Horse Riding Boots for a trail riding trip and immediately liked the lightness, appearance and the comfortable sole for the walking parts of the trip. After one hour the boots rubbed at the lower lace grommet points due to a very poor interior finish. Amazingly poor finish for such expensive boots.
