My experience with Casa Rosa Florists (absolutely 100% truthful):

Ordered 'Same-Day' delivery champagne for my parents wedding anniversary before 1pm as advertised on Casa Rosa website.

Surprised that no word that day from parentals to so "Wow - thanks for the surprise bubbly!"...oh well, maybe they had such a good time drinking it that they plain forgot?

Phone them the next day to see if they'd had good anniversary and if any package had arrived for them? Nope...nothing...nada....zilch.

Ok so two voice mails (phone number supplied goes straight to a vm system) and an email to Casa Rosa asking for status of my order later.....deafening silence.

Payment was made via NoChex to someone called Nicola Stearn - tried emailing her but also, no reply.

Then today, now 3 days later, bizarrely got email from NoChex confirming payment to my card of the exact amount I'd paid for my gift....WTF???

So, looks like a refund but the company didn't have the common courtesy to contact me to explain or apologise for their mistake/error/screw-up.

So, basically my experience with Casa Rosa Florists was appalling, disrespectful, misleading and bloody disappointing. If your are considering an on-line florist or gift company, please avoid these jokers like the plague!

Since the first time I used Casa Rosa Florists a couple of years ago for a few different flower deliveries around the Cambridgeshire area I have found them to be the best florists I have ever used in this area.

Years on and I'm still using them and have just ordered a couple of bouquets for Mothers Day.

The bouquets I have ordered in the past are called:

Friendship, Sweet Maiden, Posh Pinks and Pretty Petals.

The recipients have found them beautiful, as did I when I saw them. I'm sure all the other flowers Casa Rosa do are to the same completely perfect, fautless standard.

I encourage you to give them a try, and put a smile in the recipients eye :o)
