I've used this company a few times now and they have never once disappointed me in any way. My Mother loved her flowers following a hospital visit, really picked her up (she even took a piccy she was just so chuffed). The latest bunch was to my wife, same response, she loved them! The speed of delivery was unexpectedly quick, it's hard to see how they could get them there quicker in fact. All in all, great service - no problems at all. Well done freshflowersbypost.com, from a genuinely happy customer.

Flowers arrived as a gift for my wife due to postal delivery delays they were not in great condition. After contacting the company they sent a replacement which arrived in excellent condition. The customer service could not be faulted nor could the flowers that arrived on time! My only concern is that with potential Postal strikes the company should consider how to ensure delivery on time of their excellent product.

I have sent Fresh Flowers by Post to friends and family on so many occasions that I've lost count! The flowers have always been well-packed and fresh on arrival and remain so for a long time. I have no hesitation in recommending Fresh Flowers by Post unreservedly.

I recently received a bouqet of lilies from freshflowersbypost. A week later, the blooms have opened. They are a lovely shade of pink and strongly perfumed. Although the name of the sender was not with the flowers,the company was extremely diligent in tracing the sender and passing on their name to me.

I have had flowers sent to me that were so gawdy that I phoned Fresh Flowers by Post straight away and had them replaced, I did not tell the sender since they would have been upset. I have sent flowers by the same people and they were a) delivered a month early and b) wrong flowers. I would not order from them again, however they were apologetic and happy to replace.

I ordered 2 bunches of flowers for Mothers day from freshflowersbypost and neither were delivered. When I went to the web site to find a phone number to ring them, I found there is not phone number. With hindsight this speaks volumes. I am now awaiting a response to my e-mail and hoping I get my money back.
They are more reasonably priced than other sites but you get what you pay for - we paid for flowers we didnt recieve.

I always use them - lovely company to deal with - good customer service, nice website and lovely Guernsey flowers. The only snag is that they send the flowers by post so if theres a delay or the postman doesn't deliver to the right address there could be a problem but then this can happen with a local florist but then it's much cheaper than using a local florist and more thoughtful than using a supermarket and I like Guernsey and the Channel Islands so happy to take the risk - really recommend ...

I ordered orchids for mothers day, checked on the order status the next day to ensure they had been sent, which it stated 10 stems of Orchids had been sent out on the Thursday. No Orchids! Just a standard wilting bouquet arrived! Refused to replace or refund!

Great fresh flowers from Guernsey! I love freesias, and Fresh Flowers by Post always have lovely freesias. They also do carnations, lilies, alstroemeria and other Guernsey flowers. I would recommend if you're keen to save a few bob, though don't expect flowers to arrive exactly when you want, as they send by post, so they can be early or late. I bought a flower arrangement from a different website and it was awesome. Flowers are priced from as low as $40. I gave it to my girlfriend and she was like OMG! ITS SOO PRETTY! This is obviously operator error, how difficult can it be? More staff training required I would suggest. The last agent I spoke will refund me and send another large bouquet free of charge, hopefully to the correct Mother's address. I live in hope - 'you couldn't make it up for a Ricky Gervais sketch' .

As there is absolutely no form of communication from these people I could not recommend them. There is no warning when ordering that it is very easy to duplicate your order ,ie ,if you go back to change your message on your flower order. Which is what happened to me. Consequently you are charged twice. E-mailing doesn't work. I e-mailed 8 times and never heard a thing back. There is no customer service. I have no way of knowing anything as they don't answer. I needed to send some nice flowers to a family member for a 60th Birthday present on the 1st of December 2006. I gave the company nearly two weeks notice to deliver for a certain date, booked and contracted for 23rd of December 2006. Great for sending inexpensive flowers for gifts.
Fresh Flowers by Post is particularly good for freesias and prices seem quite good. Nice website, easy to order and takes payment online. Would recommend but not for a specific date.

These flowers were ordered from America they were 2 days late. I personally after sampling Fresh Flowers by Post would not recommend it. Considering the competition in this area of product I would have expected far better value and quality for money.
