I have spent the last half hour trying to order flowers. Finally I got to register. Then when I had filled in all the required boxes except the telephone number and ticked the box for no contact. The site had the nerve to tell me that my e.mail address had already been taken. Of course it has. I share my e.mail address with my daughter and son in law. So forget my order.

A total failure of a company with a very poor customer service. Would seriously suggest using an alternative.

Prompt delivery of my order. My parents were delighted with the quality and fragrance of the flowers, exceptional as always. The delivery man was also very lovely to them when the flowers were handed over. Thanks again.

No proper customer service, no respect for customers, flowers were ordered as a buquet but chucked seperately on doorstep instead of nice bunch of flower put together. Such a lack of professionalism!! And instead of replacing and giving me money back, they didn't even reply to my complaint ignoring me.

Thank you so much for the gorgeous (and huge!) bouquet of freesias sent to my mother for her 80th Birthday. Despite there being no planes during the day I ordered them (due to the volcanic dust cloud), they still arrived the following day in time for my mum's special day. Freesias are my mother's favourite flowers an she was overjoyed to receive them, fresh and with many still in bud giving her many days of pleasure. They inspired wonderful memories for her, not just the beauty of them, but also their fabulous perfume. Plus it was so easy to order them! All I had to do was look on the website, select the bouquet I wanted sent, give some details that was it! I have and will continue to recommend you and your excellent service.

How a company can run like this I don't know. Stay clear!!

I ordered 10 x Dendrobium Orchid Stems for my mother to be delivered on the saturday before mothers day. I purchased the flowers several days before the day they were to be delivered, the delivery day selected was available on ordering and I paid for the flowers to therefore be delivered as agreed at the time of ordering.

If those ordered flowers did not arrive, not only not on the day as booked, but not at all - I believe the company has a horrendous issue, it either can't cope with the volume or the processing of the orders and this should be addressed.

A good company should not have the need to have a disclaimer against late or entire lack of delivery. And is currently refusing to refund me, they offer to re-send, but what good os that after the event!

I live in Canada. I ordered 30 freesias for my Mother on Mother's Day. Mum lives in a seniors home in a village in the Highlands of Scotland. Achieving her receiving a lovely bouquet of flowers has been a challenge. Not only did the flowers arrive on time, at a reasonable cost, they were beautiful and made my 92yrs old mother very happy. Excellent service Guernsey Fresh Flowers. Bravo.

been using Fresh Flowers by Post for as long as I can remember and am a very happy customer and receiver! of their fresh flowers, orchids & freesias. Really do recommend to anyone.

I am on holiday in Spain and my friends Birthday was whilst we were away. I searched the web & found this site. My friend telephoned me on delivery of the 50 stems of freesias and said they were the nicest flowers she had every received and how fresh they were. Everyone who visited her expressed how nice the arragement was, as well as the perfume of the flowers. She could not believe this was the first time I had used the site. I assured her it was but it would not be the last.
