    Ordered a Rangemaster Cooker from trade appliances, it's price increased by £50 over night due to manufactures increase. After phoning them and speaking with a manager, they agreed to cancel my order and refund my credit card payment within 3 working days. The matter was resolved satisfactorily.

    Ordered item on Monday and paid for Express delivery as it was showing in stock, when goods never arrived I began chasing, they informed me the delivery was made a day earlier and was signed for by me! They finally agreed after 6 calls that the goods were probably not delivered and would get in contact with them and call me back (never did) after another 6 phone calls they finally agreed to give me my money back this never appeared back into my account a further 6 calls later and I am still wait ...

    I have been told that my order paperwork has been lost on 2 occasions, given 3 delivery dates: nothing turned up, and when you try to contact them to get things sorted - you're better not to bother. They either didn't answer the phone/emails, told me they would get back to me and then don't or put me through to a different department.Don't be fooled that they have ISIS accreditation on their website.     Customer service is terrible - at the moment (19/02/08) both their email system (response in 24 hours - ha ha!) and customer service line closed. More worryingly their sales line is down.

    Ordered approx ££1000 of appliances with them expecting 7-14 days delivery as stated on their website. Phoned them several times to get a delivery date but only ever got a recorded message asking me hold as I was in a queue. Two weeks later when they finally answered one of my numerous emails querying when I could expect delivery I was informed that it would be another another month before they began processing the order.     Was not informed appliance wasn't in stock and had to chase them 7 days post order to find this out.
    Then asked for a refund and did not receive this until over 1 month later.
    Operators there said I would be refunded and it was never put onto the system until I demanded email confirmation and to speak to a manager. Awful company - customer service is appaling as is the efficiency of the staff there.

    Non-existent customer service. I received no response to emails that I sent to Trade Appliances, and my request for a refund seems to have fallen on deaf ears.

    Lying, hopeless, don't call back, delivered the wrong item to my mate, refused to swap it, haven't delivered my cooker, won't say when they might have it in their depot. Don't waste your time.

    We purchased a Miele fridge freezer from them at the end of November in enough time for Christmas. We only purchased the item from them as they stated the item was in stock and they were cheaper than anyone else! In fact it was never in stock. It took 6 hours on the phone to resolve the situation and we only received the appliance on Thursday 22nd December - 3 days before Christmas. Their customer service was terrible. Their ordering system was terrible! and their website is very misleading. ...

    I e-mailed an order to Trade Appliances on the 16th November. They contacted to say that there was a problem with the card. I rang back and gave them a different card number, as I guessed I was probably near my limit on the first one. I heard nothing, so I rang to check that all had gone through OK.     I decided to buy a Double Oven from Trade Appliances as the product was in stock and would be delivered within 5 to 10 days. After 10 days I made a telephone call to them (the product was still in their stores!). They made a promise that their carriers would ring with a delivery date - nothing.     We returned a faulty appliance to Trade Appliances, and they have yet to refund me over two weeks later and refuse to reply to e-mails.

    Very very bad customer services

    Trade Appliances tried very hard to get me to sign a form on delivery absolving them of any responsibility for any problems that arose after there delivery man had gone. good job I refused as the legs were broken and the steel damaged.

    So far I have still had no replys from them, despite rejecting the cooker.

    Looks like I am going to have to do it the hard way.........
