This is the worst company ever. Please NEVER NEVER order anything from them as you will never get it. After endless calls to them I still don't have my oven part or my money back. They are complete rip-off merchants and customer service is non-existant. Please tell your friends never to use them. In all my experience of uising the internet this is the worst company I have either dealth with. The manager Simon Martin who also claims to be the owner is the rudest most unhelpful I've come accross. The only reason I gave 1 star out of 5 is taht its not possible to give 0

I ordered a spare part (a roller) for my dishwasher from Inter-Spares, when nothing arrived I phoned them to enquire on progress and got a recorded message saying they were busy, so as suggested I eMailed them, to which I have yet to receive a reply. After 14 days of silence I phoned again but on the advice of another review I went to sales, where I was advised the part was on backorder.

I ordered a washing machine belt from Inter-Spares (on a Monday) which I was told was in stock and was going to be delivered within the week. By Friday afternoon I had received nothing so I phone up the tracking department (which does not really exist) so I had to talk to the sales team. The useless guy there told me that the part was being despatched and I may even get it on a Saturday or on Monday at latest. Ordered a washing machine belt from Inter-Spares on a monday morning and I was told it was in stock and was going to be delivered within the week. On friday I phone the tracking helpline - and I was then informed that the belt was not in stock and that I had been ordering from the supplier. They told me that the belt was going to be delivered on Saturday and if not on Saturday on Monday. The service was a disgrace.

Ordered part for my dishwasher on 26th March from Inter-Spares which duly arrived within three days. On examination part was damaged and returned as per returns policy in original parts bag unopened. Despite providing details of proof of sending, returns manager denies receipt and has now stopped answering email enquiries aand it is the 7th of June. Have now requested MD's contact details. Do not touch this company with a bargepole.

I purchased a part from interspares just before christmas for my cooker, the service they provided was wonderful.
i didnt want to order on line as you hear of internet fraud so i call their office and placed the order.
Low and behold the part arrived before christmas day, giving us all a very good christmas.

At the beginning of October I ordered a spare part costing under £10. I sent a cheque for the amount, taking the view that this was safer than giving my credit card details. My order was acknowledged by return via an email message. The cheque was cashed soon after but despite many phone calls and emails the spare part did not arrive. As I was having a new kitchen fitted I could not risk having a gas hob fitted that was faulty so had to buy a new gas hob. As the part was still not with me ...

Inter-Spares were very helpful and quick to answer all email enquires I sent them. There is no bad points about these guys in my opinion. It's great to deal with a company that responds swiftly to enquiries. That's how it should be I think!

Tried to buy dishwasher machine hose from Inter-Spares. They sent the wrong one which I returned for refund. Despite emails and phone calls to their sales line (the returns dept. never answered the phone when I called) I have still been unable to receive my refund nearly two months later.

Ordered water filter for my American style fridge freezer (costing £43) which Inter-Spares web page specifies will fit my m/c. Received item and tried to fit it but absolutely no way it is compatible to my m/c. Contacted their customer service and explained that their web site incorrectly specifies that the water filter will fit my machine and they sent me an RMA form which was to be sent back with the water filter.
