We wanted to have LPG yesterday at the last BP station in M1 before M25.
They have not any LPG and the Personnel was very rude, spoke in a very bad manner did'nt apologize at all, wanted to buy some milk for my hungry baby at car and didn't sell the milk either for whatever the reason was it was about 10:30 at night but what was most annoying was the rude behaviour of the employee!

bp petrol stations please stop selling eggs from caged hens.

there are many other options available...most grocery shops have made this change already. there is a reason for this.

My wife went to the BP station at Stacey Bushes Milton Keynes. She put £20 of unleaded in then went to the cash point to get money to pay for it but there was no money in the account she then went inside to explain and try and sort the problem out but the staff and the so called manager were really rude and would not let her leave the premises with the vehicle although she is 4 months pregnant and had our 9 year old son with. They expected her to walk home to get the money then return. Wha ...

I went into the petrol station to buy a tank of unleaded petrol, how stupid was that? Many pumps were out of use. I found an open pump but could not get petrol from the pump I was using and the pump the woman tried opposite was also not giving petrol. She left the forcourt. The pump I was using registered £1.01 (although I do not believe that I received this) and this amount was demanded. I was told if I didn't pay the police would be called. If I actually received the petrol (le ...

I only went in to the garage to buy chewing gum. The women on the till was extremely rude. Put her hand out for me to pay and did not tell me the price. When I asked her the price she curtly replied to me. I will not be using this BP petrol station again! I very rarely complain about services but her attitude was extremely rude!

Yesterday I called into the Northampton BP service station on Woodside Way and filled up on petrol. Whilst at the till I noticed a special promtion on air compressors and selected an item to purchase only ro find that the assistant could not electronically scan the item to complete the purchase. I was told that I could therefore not purchase that item! Undeterred, I went to another BP service outlet in Northampton's Abington area and again came across the same problem with the same item. However ...

The BP Petrol station itself looks outdated, dirty, and the car wash is old, tatty, and broken down...again. The staff are friendly, but some staff lack the training needed to swipe nectar cards, and enter the nectar promotion reward cards that gives extra points meaning the extra points are not credited.

The BP station at Ashford Kent is brilliant most of the staff would get 10/10, very accessible and good lay out of store. The Petrol and Diesal is priced just right.
There seems to be a lot of litter on a morning.

Good point is there are lots of BP Petrol Stations around London and motorways. Ultimate unleaded is only 97 octanes!!! And the price is unrealiostic... I prefer my good Shell which gives me Vpower with 99 ocates and is waaaaaaaay cheaper and better to my car.

It was very good to fill up my car with diesel at my local BP station recently, the fuel clearly marked "diesel", so I could be sure my car was not going to break down with petrol in it by mistake! The money I saved by buying fuel at the Shell garage instead of the BP garage was nothing compared to the money lost by putting the wrong fuel into my diesel car at a Shell garage. If the fuel pumps have clear labelling, as BP pumps do, it saves having to pay for expensive recovery after misfueling.

As an HGV driver (and a Nectar points collector !), I regularly find, in urban areas, BP diesel pumps "not in use" and invariably, the ones available are not accessible for large vehicles. On motorways, it's not so bad except for South Mimms services on the M25 which is a disgrace. You often have to queue for ages. they have numerous HGV diesel pumps there with a good debit but generally only 1 cashier working... hopeless. On the Heston Svcs (M4/Greater London area), the debit on the HGV pumps is ...

I will avoid bp stations from now on. The ultimate diesel and ultimate unleaded look extremely similar and I filled up on the wrong one at the BP in wolverhampton, so please be very careful as is costs a lot to put right. The service was ok though.

I have been to quite a few BP garages and most are OK (a bit pricey) but still not too bad, but the one at Meadowhead has the most unhelpful and impolite staff I have ever met.
I will never shop there again as long as I live.

I commute around 40 miles to work every day and spend a reasonable slice of my income on fuel.

I live around 1/2 mile from a BP station and have to drive past it on a daily basis. It never ceases to amaze me how BP seem to be comfortable charging 3-4p per litre more than enyone else.

Recently when the price of Diesel reached around the 97-99p per litre mark, I drove into a nearby town and noticed a BP charging £1.....surely this is the ultimate faux pas when no one else was, especi ...

I've used BP petrol stations pretty much exclusively for the last 18 months because it is convient on my way home from work, as of last night I think that will stop. I went to fill my car up in a petrol station I don't usually use, pulled up at the pump picked up the green nozzle and filled my car up. Turns out in this case the green nozzle was for diesel. I've been driving for 6 years and never once filled my car with diesel and was really confused when my car broke down as I couldn't believ ...
