The only 24 hour place near me is a half an hour walk away and that is, unfortunately, a BP Service station. I walked to the service station tonight and I waited for staff to service me at the outside counter, since they lock the doors. And I waited. And I waited. Then I tried calling through the drawer they put goods in. No response. So I waited. And I waited. And I waited. At no point did the member of staff appear. So, I walked the half an hour back home empty handed. This is not the… Read Full Review

Northumberland Heath today 2/5/2014. Manager refused refund, gave a chargeable 0871 number for me to complain and walked away. Claimed I should have pressed the "flat tyre" button but pointed out to him the BMW car's flat tyre detector was not showing because it was not flat, just a bit lower than the other tyres. I guess that the air machine is set at too high a level to detect flats. The 30p GULF filling station round the corner showed the tyre was at 22bpi before it pumped up to 28bpi. Staff… Read Full Review

i used the car wash at the BP station at gemini retails park, warrington on 18.03.11.
it pulled the bumper off one side of my car. i went to report it and they took my number to report to manager. the garage said i might need a new bumper as the hook attachments were broken. i rang the garage to see what the manager said and was told that they were not responsible. all cars were washed at own risk and that nothing loose should be left on cars. nothing was lose before i used the car wash. they… Read Full Review

BP filling station west of Oxford on the A40
Complained to the manager last week that one of the diesel hoses has a petrol nozzle (so it does not work in my Ford filler and could misfuel a petrol car). Went in today and nothing has been done-not even an "out of order" tag. Asked to see the manager and was told I would have to wait for 20 min as "he is busy"… Read Full Review

i am sick to death of the facilities not working at the Stonehaven bp garage in Aberdeenshire. I like many residents rely on the correct Tyre pressure, water for the screen wash and a clean vehicle for the many miles a week i cover but as always these simple facilities are never working..i like many of my friends and family will never use this garage again for anything..worse garage in Scotland without doubt… Read Full Review

I find it quite outrageous and total profiteering on BP's behalf to have been asked to pay 79.9p per litre for LPG Gas at the Roundswell Station yesterday and earlier this week. The same is on sale in London for 67p per litre!
On querying the price with the personnel at the counter, she told me that BP charge what they feel the market will tolerate, as they have no other competition for LPG in that area.
A quite intolerable situation, and total exploitation of local buyers!… Read Full Review

At around 1015 on Saturday 4th Sept, I purchased some diesel in Medway eastbound service station.
The male cashier was holding a conversation with the female assistant when he dealt with my bill.
There was no conversation with me other than saying to me "You can remove your card now "MY MAN" "......This to a 65 year old was his
first mistake !
He handed me my receipt, still in conversation with the other assistant, No Thank you, no acknowledgement.
I said,, thank you very much, to which he… Read Full Review

This service station is hopeless - poor forecourt layout, dangerous exit and entrance, apathetic staff with never enough on duty, bad mix of 'shoppers' and fuel buyers - you have to wait while the staff make hot drinks for others.
All in all a thoroughly bad experience… Read Full Review

I used to visit B.P regularly as I do a lot of driving however on one occasion I briefly stopped into the B.P 'car park' to pick up a bottle of juice when my car was hit by another driver. I was shocked to find my new car heavily dented and physically moved by another vehicle- with damages exceeding £1000! I informed the staff member on duty who could barely speak any English and was of not help at all. I then also informed the duty manager the following day who assured me that the CCTV of the… Read Full Review

My husband has just been to fill up the car. We have owned the car for 3 years and even at the highest fuel prices of £1.32 a litre we have never spent more than £70.00 filling up. He has just be charged over £97 for a supposedly 80 litres. Our car doesn't hold 80 litres. He was in shock and paid for it funny enough wasn't given a receipt. So cross, I plan to go back tomorrow and not move until then refund me that have easily overcharge by £20.
