    So on September 7th I order my nice new Sony 37" LCD TV and sit back thinking give it a week and it will be here. Two weeks later after a couple of emails and no response still no TV. Three weeks after the order date I finally get a phone call to say due to high demand it will be another 14-21 days. After 21 days I call to ask if there is any update on when I can expect the TV and I'm told next Monday (two days away), On the Thursday it arrives (six days). Great range but no stock info, no message to say item is despatched and no tracking number, no update to order status ever. Two months late but still £300 cheaper than a Sony centre.

    very good company would definitely be using them again ! friendly staff helped me choose a great pair of speakers. would recommend Hifibitz, only thing i would say, delivery took 4 days.
