    Have just stayed at the Avenida aparthotel in Salou for one week and couldnt wait to get home.The room was not clean and the view from our balcony was a busy main road. Myself, husband and children were continually woken during the night to shouting and swearing from the street below.Staff finally offered us another room 3 days later but it was even worse with the balony view being a brick wall!! Streets around hotel are dirty and there is litter everywhere. We were constantly warning the kids to watch where they were walking due to there being lots of dog poo on the pavements. I cant believe this is a Thomsons Hotel. I cant comment on the food as we didnt want to eat in the hotel. I am very disappointed.

    i have been to salou three times becouse i love the Avenida Park Aparthotels it caters for averything in my oponien including the portaventura themepark near by, the waterparks and barcalona is not to be missed for a great day out, the hotel has a great restuerant and night entertainment and not forgeting the well setted out pool, this hotel is the best hotel ive stayed in salou

    We had a fantastic holiday last year at the Golden Avenida Park. Everything from start to finish was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. The bar staff were great, and got even better with a few tips.

    As this was at the time a Thompson super family hotel, everything was set up towards family entertainment, so brilliant if you have kids. The kids club kept them both entertained (one 6 years and one 11 years) throughout most of the day, so mums and dads have plenty of t ...

    I would go back to the Avinida Park Aparthotel in Salou tomorrow if I could. There was lots to do, and there was a great pool, although it was a rush for sun beds in the morning, it was funny though. The apartment and staff were great too.
