Excellent situation, handy for beach, buses, train, tram, city centre attractions & restaurants. Courteous and attentive service at reception and in breakfast buffet. Clean and well appointed rooms. Very minor problem was street noise during night with people and garbage trucks, but this is the city centre after all! Excellent hotel, would go back, especially if they marketed a special offer or room price reduction occasionally!
