    Good Points: Good location.


    Bad Points: Food was always cold. Pool wasn't cleaned. Pool area was washed down with buckets of water out of swimming pool. Some of the staff were unfriendly.


    General comments: We stayed for one week from the 14th sep 2008 and had been before in 2007. I couldn't believe how much it had gone downhill, will never be back and would never recomend this hotel again.

    It was brilliant!! There are three pools all suitable for different age groups, brilliant restaurants and accommodation!!
    I'd recommend.

    Would stay in the Bali Hotel again if I visited Benidorm in the future. Rooms were spacious - bathroom great. Hotel staff very friendly. Pool area was lovely - having 2 boys there could have been more variety in the kids entertainment but they seemed quite happy. Games Room great.

    Loved the location - bus outside hotel took you straight to the Old Town and New Town approx every 15 mins. Found a lovely beach area La Cala Finestrat - just 15 mins walk down the hill from the hotel - beautiful area ...

    Well managed. No bad points. Well done again Bali we both had a great time. Visited May 2008 and accommodation, customer service, food and location 10 out of 10.

    Benidorm, Bali Hotel - I have traveled all over Spain and this was by far the greatest holiday I have ever had. The service is fantastic there are some little shops on the ground floor for your every day needs. The pool area is absolutely amazing and the food is lovely. The beds are so comfy we never wanted to leave! If you are looking for an amazing holiday of a lifetime Hotel Bali is the place for you!!!
