I love having a clean car and I can even cope with having to wash it by hand to avoid scratches, but I hate having to spend ages polishing after every wash just to get rid of the watermarks that rinsing leaves.
Having seen it on sale a few times, I spent £4 (actually I invested £8 on a 3 for 2 offer at my local Tesco) on a bottle of Demon Shine.
It says on the front; "no effort, instant shine", but this isn't strictly true, as you still have to wash the car first. After washing and rinsing the car, a quarter of the bottle is mixed into a bucket of water and poured over the car - simple and a lot easier than using a chamois, or polishing. The mixed solution beads on the surface of the paintwork and runs off, taking the rinse-water with it. The few remaining drops are removed by taking the car for a quick spin.
The result really depends on how well you've maintained your paintwork in the past, as this product only serves to prevent the formation of watermarks and reveal what's underneath. If you regularly polish, then the result will be a very clean looking car.
Overall I'm very pleased with Demon Shine, as it saves me the hassle of drying the car after rinsing. It works out at just £1 per wash, or even cheaper if you take advantage of a 3 for 2 offer like I did. It won't improve the shine of your paintwork; just reveal the shine that you've already achieved; and you will have to wash your car first, so it isn't a no effort shine. For those reasons, it doesn't get 5 stars.

Bought for me as a gift and being an achy Pensioner found it brilliant for that finishing touch. Spray it on and microfibre cloth it off, great finish, but wear waterproof gloves!! "It does what it says on the tin" and this is very rare these days, five minutes for a glowing car.
