I have tried color magic three time over the last ten years. First I tried a bottle of red color magic,on a non metallic red car. The results were very disappointing. A couple of years later I tried blue color magic on a dark metallic blue car, with no distinguishable improvement. Last week I tried black color magic on a black metallic paint finish, and after a couple of minutes came to the conclusion that yet again I had wasted my money. On all three cars the minor scratch had been caused by brushing past long grass on narrow country lanes. The idea is great, but the product does not do what it says on the tin! I have reverted to my usual brands of polish (Mer & Zymol), both of which knock spots off color magic.

Turtle Wax Color Magic is a good wax.
It is not expensive and it is easy to apply.
The wax makes the paint look like new, but in fact it does not remove the swirls and scratches. After some time (one or two months) the wax starts to disappear and you need to reaplly...
So, it is good but not definitive...

Turtle Wax Color Magic is a coloured wax that claims to hide fine scratches in your car's paintwork - the type that are caused by reversing into thorn bushes or brambles, for example, but it is also quite effective on minor parking scuffs.
